You need a kinetic gem...it's called bladekeeper's bladefury.....tip: if u put that gem on other jugg accessories like head,healing ward etc u will get the effect in other sowrd as well

If not then there is also an item which is called "artificer's chisel".u can get the "artificer's chisel" From in game "dota plus store" For 1000 shards. It has a limited number of usage of 5 which will expire after u make 5 slots in any items then u have to buy it again. PS:u have to access the community market through steam it's not found in the game.
