This recipe prevents the loss of hair follicles by providing a strengthening effect.
Recipe and ingredients:
10-12 bay leaves.
2 tablespoons washed rice.
1 tablespoon dried or fresh rosemary.
250 ml of water.
Place the pot on the stove and cook for 10 minutes.
Strain through a sieve.
2 tablespoons of flax seeds.
200 ml of water.
Put on the stove for 6-7 minutes.
Strain through gauze. We will extract a gel from flax seeds.
Add the gel to the herbal decoction.
Apply liberally to the scalp and along the entire length of the hair.
Cover with plastic wrap or a shower cap.
Leave on for 1 hour, then wash as usual.
Apply 1-2 times a week.
The second recipe combines ingredients for extreme growth and anti-gray hair.
Chop 1 medium red onion.
1 tablespoon of cloves.
1 tablespoon of black tea.
1 tablespoon of instant coffee.
250 ml of water.
Place the pot on the stove and cook for 10 minutes.
After you have cooked the herbs well, leave the mixture until it cools completely.
Filter the mixture.
Pour the mixture into a spray bottle.
Spray liberally on hair and scalp.
Leave on hair without washing. Use daily.
The combination of these ingredients will help reduce gray hair.
