Why thinkers like Mr Bansal think Gwadar a commercial port. It is a military (naval) port of Chinese to counter India vis-a-viz Malacca Straits. So if Ind squeeze Chin at Malacca Strait, Chin will squeeze Ind import at Gulf of Oman. Chin expected to deploy 8 subs there by 2028. Chabahar port has no equivalence with Gwadar port. My humble view. Best Regds

And if there is trouble in Taiwan Straights, US and allies blockade south china sea, the middle eastern oil can still reach china through Gwadar/CPEC.

Indian Ocean belongs to India? 😂
The word "India" is derived from the colour Indigo. It was bestowed by the great British Empire upon the disparate peoples of South Asia to distinguish them from the Blacks in Africa. It's clearly a racist term.
Perhaps it's more accurate to say that the Indian Ocean and Indians still belong to the, now, not so great Brits.

same like south china sea doesn't become chinese territory just because of word china it. YOUR LUDICRUOUS THOUGHT, THAT India belongs to brit then china is still under brit too, under the influence of opium.

The color of the sea and the sky, Indigo has forever been attached with the country of its origin. The name Indigo being derived from the Greek word 'indikon', meaning 'from India'. Indigo cultivation is thought to have existed in the Indus Valley (present-day Pakistan and northwest India) more than 5,000 years ago.
Where did the Brits come into it?
I do agree though. India is such a boring name. The only worse name is Pakistan. Land of the pure!!! With a name like that, you could see it's destiny!! Someone forgot to ask the question, pure what? Pure bullshit? Pure jihadi?
We've gone back to the old name Bharat in any case...but the even older Jambudvipa would be so much more fun. And the Indian Ocean should go back to it's original Sanskrit name "Rathnakara"

Indian just did get the point, there is no such thing as free lunch, u need to give to take . so don't harass foreign companies in your country. yes , they make money, but meanwhile they also create tons of jobs and opportunities in your country.
the people in this country , either elite or homeless never understand this.

What about the Dqum port in Oman?

  • @user-ed9so2rb4k

The ports in Myanmar and Gwadar are planned firstly because of economic reason as China with a land area of nearly 5 million sq km, these ports can help to develop various parts of China. The Western part of China with her connection to the Caucasian region basically land-locked will also be served by this connection. Moreover the Western part of China's trade with the Eastern sea board of Africa can also benefit from Gwadar Port. Of course, in the process, Pakistan will take advantage of this port for her security issues with India. Pakistan literally cut off India to the Eurasian landmass.

I think Modi/BJP always focused on next election in 5 years, in their anti-muslim/anti-Pakistan stance, have led to Pakistan blocking all Indian efforts to find land route for indian goods to reach Afghanistan/central Asia.
Even Pro-Indian Shahbaz Sharif as PM, refused to provide this land route, despite pressing by all powerful gen.Bajwa.
Without some reconciliation on indian part, this land route is unlikely to open up in near future.

      Great, maintain your stance.
Stand by what you believe in, like any self respecting nation state should do.
Bharat has plenty of other alternative options to link with A'stan.
More importantly, She Can afford it !
Anyone breaking the law in Bharat, ends up in the slammer, period.
Anti-BS has nothing to do with this, neither does Modi waste resource on such worthless pursuits.

@@aryaman05 Not wasting resources? How delusional are you? What about the money india invested in afghanistan and iran, just to get to the precious,"resource-rich", central asia, which this expert was eluding to.
You have lost afghanistan fully, and lost more than half of your influence in iran(while trying to appease USA and Israel).India has no direat/easy, land/sea route to trade with central asia
And please dont talk about lawlessness in india. The butcher of Gujrat 2002, is your PM.
And indian supreme court sent the convicted murderers/rapists of 2002, to live in a different state, to life a peaceful life, instead of sending them to the gallows.

India is not in better situation.Indian kashmiri people are mostly muslims people and are against Indian policies nor they want to join india as this land was distributed on the basis of religion. It would be wise for India if they return this land to Pakistan and in return get safe passage to trade with afghanistan and middle east countries. In that way regain trust from Pakistan as this part of land provide security of water to Pakistan. Pakistan would have withdraw like Sikkim, junnahgharah but unfortunately Pakistan can't because of above vulnerabilities. Now Pakistan have nuclear weapons that have multiple delivery systems like air, ground and sea. No chance for India to win battle against Pakistan. The reality is not favorable to India but it can gain more benefits by withdrawing this land and getting trade benefits which are far more this occupied land. That is only way india can tackle this situation if it remains in that situation china will ripe benefits from this land. India will remain loser.

  • @alikhan-ri5ye
    @alikhan-ri5ye 8 месяцев назад +2

09:10 I disagree with you where you say Pakistan has been obstructive. This is where Modi has been more short-sighted compared to all previous indian PMs, that even after fighting war, indians had kept some channels open with Pakistan, which could have been used, to gain land route to afghanistan/central asia.
Modi more fixated on anti-Pakistan/anti-muslim agenda, both for personal and political reasons, may delay/block india's dream to surpass china's economy.
India winning the battle against Pakistan, and may lose the war to China.
This myopia has already allowed china to place a foothold in Chabahar.
