I was so lucky to be chosen to test & review the NEW NYX Duck Plump Gloss, wine not? from NYX & the Superdrug Community in exchange for my honest review.
💋one huge plus to this gloss is that it's cruelty free & a vegan formula gloss.
💋 it comes in over 20 different shades. I'm testing, 16 - wine not?
It claims to instantly & over time plump you lips with out needing expensive treatments.
So I couldn't wait to put this to the test.
⚠️caution⚠️
If you don't like a slight burning tingling sensation this gloss is not for you! The gloss is infused with spicy ginger.
Instantly on applying you can smell
A strong scent of ginger and my lips instantly began to tingle. The tingling lasted for max 5 mins! For me I don't find the tingling sensation annoying reminds me of a spicy curry but the sensation goes quicker.

Do not get on you teeth and lick with your tongue!!! I did this and the burning sensation was tingling the inside of my mouth. Not a. Pleasant experience 😂
In one swipe the colour was bold and bright with a high gloss finish. I absolutely love it!
Personally I don't like the thickness of the doe foot applicator it feels to thick & I'm unable to get a precise glide. This wouldn't be much of an issue if it was just a light gloss but because of the bold colour (what I love ) I would have loved a more precision applicator.
The gloss effect lasted for around 2 hours but the colour lasted much longer, it looks like a Matt lipstick once the gloss had worn off. this lasted hours before needing to reapply.
I didn't find the gloss to be to sticky or annoying but it does transfer onto cups etc.
💋Plump wise - I would say it slightly gives my lips a more pouty look I love it! I was asked if I'd had my lips done so obviously it's doing something!
I would highly recommend & will definatly repurchase I can't wait to try other shades.
