Alternatively, there are certain attacks that go under the bullet after getting hit by blocked attack and you could use them like cobra upper, itu lower upper etc. While stuck in corner against gideon, it is likely that the opponent will either do an upper blocked upper or upper blocked bullet. Here, herald/ legion lower kicks are really useful which counter both. After getting grabbed by gideon, you can lie down to avoid getting hit by lower and if you see him doing a special you can roll towards him to completely avoid the first 2 hits (3rd will be blocked). Additionally neutral jump counters his front shadow and if you predict a spinning, you can do forward jump and grab. Overall, it is important to NEVER get hit by bullet and uncrouch fast enough. If you dont uncrouch fast enough, he will pressure you to the corner where you will be out of options. Vs widow: It is impractical to believe that one can dodge all her shadow move attempts as it is guaranteed after grab and pushback. Therefore, focus on avoiding and punishing her ranged (sanguine silk or teleportation). This can be done by either rolling back or jumping back and grabbing.Jumping back is preferred in my opinion as it is safer and can be done even with a comparatively slower reaction time. I also noticed that you wasted your shadow blast with azuma. Azuma hardcounters widow so NEVER do that. Always save your shadow for when you get caught by her shadow (which could potentially do a lot of damage if you dont save your shadow) or use it to oneshot in corner. Widow is just another potato hero invented by nekki. Gideon , clad , , midnight , widow all potato heroes that dont require any skills. Just meta abuse them. Perfect heroes for potatoes who camp in this gsme. Medoma is such a potato who relies on these potato heroes.
