    That helps me alot thank you and wait until you have to do the water pump the gear for the timing belt on the crank it floats buy the kit before doing it

      Is it a Diamond Washer like on the 2.3 and 2.5? No Keyway on the Crank? I haven't done it yet on the 1.5T. What can you tell me? I have done the 2.3.

      @@torquespec9345 yes sir, the crankshaft pulley, timing belt drive gear and both camshaft pulleys are NOT keyed at all. Its a trap.

      @vegasrodriguez4050 please tell me. Did you have to remove the AC Compressor? Did you come in from the top? How did your job go?

      Hi @TheMone4000! Thanks Man! I really appreciate the feedback. The whole purpose of the video was to help others and maybe a little $. I haven't done another one of these yet.     I got a question how did you get that serpentine belt off? From the bottom or top?

      Bottom. IYou may have to move a plastic stash shield to get to it more comfortably.

    the video cut out at the hardest part, actually removing the stud and getting the housing pasted the manifold ... you are a hack

      29:55-32:00. It seems you simply didn't watch long enough. I clearly show what I did to remove that stud. I hope this helps.

      @@KayXolani Yeah the actual removal of the Thermostat is headache. Remove the nut from the stud then remove the stud. The thermostat housing and the stud come out together. For further clarification please watch the video.

      try a wrench? Open End if need be. There's a tool to do it. Watch the video to see what I did.

      I seen one video where it looks like they took out the intake manifold to get to the alternator and thermostat was that necessary for you or no
