If you see Goku as the strongest its actually false bcz the Grand priest is the strongest angel so that makes him technically the strongest and btw Zeno is no fighter he just have Eraser power so that means if you are fast enough you can kill him if you count zeno’s power yes he is the strongest but if you count actuallly combat then Grand priest is the strongest anime character.
