Empathy (empathic abilities) can allow us to be dragged down by others. Be compassionate toward the haters instead. Compassion is uplifting. That is the difference between empathy & compassion as I understand it. The hate is the haters problem, not yours. Use compassion to leave their negativity with them rather than taking it on yourself. It greatly helps to put some space between you and the emotion to observe it first. Hi Rabbi Abe! As a Scorpio, I had some thoughts on our fire 🔥 & ice 🧊 nature and how we are known to completely cut a person off as if they never existed. For me, the fire and ice work in tandem. We are extremely loving but if someone repeatedly shows disrespect and refuses to improve, then we cut them off for our highest good. (Can’t have cling-ons dragging us down the emotional drain). Over the years I’ve found that the act of severance ultimately serves as a catalyst for the recipients spiritual growth. It’s a pattern I’ve noticed that has led me to believe our sting delivers an ego death which is crucial spiritual medicine desperately needed for ascension☺️

I've always been strongly attached to my identity as a scorpio. My birthday, as in the date, profoundly important to me. Ive never been particularly interested in others knowing, but personally. Ive always found that curious.

I am rewatching this video as today I responded to someone who provided negative feedback in a public forum. I kept quite for some time but I let my ego get the better of me. I waited a few hours and read the email numerous times...I attacked the public criticism not the message.
I never felt as powerful as you said. My sensitivity and having 4 older brothers was not easy for me. Yes, we want to extinguish the system that poison everything they touch.
