Yeah I heard that thanks mate, I still cant find a reason to carry on playing though, I lost 300 PO8 this morning because of a bug, was kinda the last straw for me lol.
Absolutely cannot stand the helm system... It's so vital to progress and so boring to do... I want to kill stuff, fight big boss battles and forts.. I don't want to sail around all day killing one rogue ship at a time while collecting this stuff
Funny, it has almost swung the other way now. I found this video trying to figure out what the helm was. I missed it when it did the intro in the story. You just about can't sail anywhere now without heat and multiple enemies swarming you.
Awesome video and thanks for sharing. It’s a shame this game lacks on-foot combat and on-foot adventures. No real time boarding enemy ships is mind boggling. I can’t wait for live service games to go away. Apologies for the negative, yet honest opinion.

It’s a brand new live service game there’s gonna be bugs.
Build and assign ships to auto collect and just enjoy the game

@MrReign they have made a lot of improvements. Lvl 11 is no longer the highest.

On feb 28th theres a buttload of new content and thats a bug its not resetting until end of season not 5 days….

I played the tutorial in open beta, watched a bit of footage and had my fill after that. It's like 20% of a pirate game.
