Adding a two shaft shredder between the ferrous and non-ferrous stacks would help reducing the bulk items such as the white goods and cladding to a more efficient size for transfer to the trucks that haul it away. It would also save the shearers for the rebar and beams
Nice to see new cutting edges in the shear! He shouldn’t over load it so bad tho and it would have alot quicker cycle times 🤷🏻♂️ and not make the hydraulics work so hard in the old beast 😜the load at 43:56 shows the faster cycle times and no struggling to cut 👍🏼

They need to consider adding a conveyor belt from the shear to where they pile up the ferrous scrap to save time having to clear with the grapple.
