Ive been watching her old interviews and she has always spoken in a slower manner, often with multiple pauses but what i find the most admiring is that every word she uttered was not wasted. Theres always weight and finality to it. She really was a smart and very capable individual.

I am mostly conservative and I absolutely don't agree with her political outlook but I respect her love for our country and her ability to maintain a close friendship with Justice Scalia even though they were polar opposites. I think the rest of the country could learn alot from their friendship.

Which of the thousands of opinions did you find that could be representative of any political ideology? Do you consider gender equality as political and not legal under our constitution? Please support with examples. She has certainly supported many items brought before the court by so called conservatives.(btw-SCOTUS is apolitical).

I will encourage my grandchildren to follow as we pass the baton to the ones who will uphold equal justice under law with liberty and justice for all. So funny- SCOTUS Ginsberg brings up her grand daughter Clara stating she wanted to be the first woman President of the United States and how thrilled she was to know that a female could say that, in that day and age. I'm so grateful she encouraged her Clara!! I, too, wanted to be the first female President of the United States...only I had a Mom with no progressive thinking, an inability to dream, and a very negative attitude toward any of my aspirations or capabilities that continued throughout my entire life, to this day, even though she admonishes me, almost every single time I see her, for "what I could've been". When a parent doesn't support your going to college- actually disses it, even when, with all the scholarships you've earned (key word there), you're left with just $2,000 (in 1977) to make up to go to Renssalear, or Rochester Institute of Technology or MIT, who've ALL accepted you, how do you succeed? Not being able to raise the full tuition charges and wanting to go so badly, I even signed up to join the Marines (with a full six years in), who offered to foot my entire four years of college for Manufacturing Engineering at the college of my choice, if I'd finish the last two years with them (USMC reneged when they found out, on my mutual graduation day/enlistment signing day, that I was a female). So very depressing to lose that full free ride at the end of June, when all scholarships have been given out long ago, and to find Mom refusing to sign any student loan paperwork for me to go to college. My stepfather, who supported me in applying for his company's scholarships, stepped up and signed a loan for me to go to technical school- the only school I could get into at that late a date. I certainly, humiliatingly and so hurtfully, had lost any and all school/life/presidential dreams by that point. Parents: tach your children well, that their dreams matter and that they CAN become the first female President of the United States! That glass ceiling still needs cracking!!

elsa Grace Elsa If you knew anything about the Code Of Ethics for Society of professional Journalism or their SOP, youd know that NO opinions should show through an interview. This is a disastrous interview, professionally, respectfully, intelligently. Why repeat in other words questions that have already been answered? What kind of journalists are so unprepared in interviewing a SCOTUS? These questions are barely worthy of some celebrity, not a member of the highest court in the nation. A good journalist wouldve prepared questions appropriate to any members of the court.

Vale Bene perhaps if you do some bona fide research into her decisions over the past twentyfive years youll find an appreciation for her upholding of our laws and constitution. I suggest viewing one of her addresses to law school students particularly one which might teach you SCOTUS justices are neither Dem or GOP only the POTUS’ who appoint them. There are no parties on SCOTUS, all cases are treated with equal merit. The public perception is fairly removed from reality of the court. The fame she’s gained in her lifetime is related to her work in gender equality under the law for all Americans. If that is what you object to, I regret to say We cannot turn back time women and all gender identity is now unanimously agreed as equal in the eyes of the law, something USA has been much slower at achieving than other “developed” nations.

      BUT
      IN THE REALITY
IT IS THE KINDA MAN/WOMEN THAT BUY AND SELLS U IN A FEW SECONDS
SO THE OTHER TERMINOLOGY IS SLAVERY
      SO ITS JOB SHOULD BE
      * Find sources to make the state works
      * Do the rules/laws that solves problems (some problems can be solved only with a lot of money) or create "public slavery" (too much and worthless)
      * Rights cost a lot, so it is appropriate that people politicians MUST BE WISE, and not give MODA... sell or to be selled= is it also slavery?
      * ....
All the other stuff it's inappropriate

The CIA does not actively train undergraduates. The KGB does. The University of Edinburgh is the #1 CIA recruitment University in the World! Why pay to train spys? Let the KGB train them and we will hire them! KGB Trained - CIA Employed! The CIA Postgraduate Program at the University of Edinburgh is open to all KGB Undergraduates. KGB trained Undergraduates are some of the best trained in the world. The CIA pays better than the KGB. A KGB agent that marries the right american becomes a U.S. Citizen. The CIA encourages you to join the Chinese Dance Troupe Shen Yun. The Chinese Dance Troupe Shen Yun will be arriving in Seattle where all members of the Shen Yun Chinese Dance Troupe who wish to defect to the U.S.A. will be welcomed. I have already arranged for CIA agents in Seattle to Prepare all Preparations for the arrival of Chinese Dance Troupe Shen Yun. julie selden - She never said the age of consent should be lowered to 12. This misguiding claim has been debunked:
      www.snopes.com/fact-check/did-ruth-bader-ginsburg-say-that-pedophilia-was-good-for-children/
"Ginsburg never actually said that the age of consent should be lowered to 12.
Ginsburg’s report was about changing gendered language, not the age of consent, in our existing laws. In the quoted passage, she was not arguing for or against lowering the age of consent; rather, she was quoting a proposed Senate bill as an example of how appropriate gender-neutral pronouns should be used. Ginsburg wrote that she used this bill because it “conform(ed) to the equality principle,” not because she agreed with the presented age of consent.
Furthermore, Ginsburg mentioned another section of the penal code a few paragraphs earlier which referenced a different age of consent: 16. In both cases, Ginsburg’s focus was on the gender of the victim, rather than the age"
I see this "Ginsburg supports 12 as age of consent" claim being made on many RUclips videos of RBG by conservatives. You guys try to claim the moral high ground but the fact is you guys never verified the claim & are spreading malicious misinformation about this innocent woman. That is what's actually immoral, not Ginsburg.
