You have a hard accent indeed, but you tend to talk slowly, so it's kinda easy to understand (I'm a non-native English speaker myself, so if I can understand, surely most natives could do as well).
Maybe you were talking too fast that specific time, maybe the person complaining was just being a douchebag. Just keep doing your (great) job, it's a very nice channel you got here. And thanks for your content. :)
