St. Nate. Who could argue when you see the patience this man possesses. I used the 4520 with a 4 slot semi and Mack Daddy with 1 on the truck and a 2 slot trailer to get those 4 delivered. Those things are stupid heavy.
Watching you climb up quarry with the slate blocks makes me think there are pros and cons to the blue narrow semi trailer and the wide high saddle trailers. The narrow ones tip easier but can get around the narrow parts of the path while the wide trailers bring more stability but you can't get through the narrow parts as easy. 🤔 it's a fun but tough challenge though.
Ya the wider trailers woulda been interesting. I just reattempted the mission with the 114SD and it passed with flying colors. I should post that video. I think trucks like the fleetstar are just gonna struggle like crazy due to their own balance being compromised
Haha I did it with a good friend of mine and after many tips, we took out the Plad 450 and the 612H 💀. Started with normal trucks and we honestly thought we were hopeless as we’ve played the toughest maps like northern aegis together but this one caused us so much trouble so randomly 😂🤷♂️
Shame I missed the live stream and a shame Season 13 is over. It’s been really fun. I’m looking forward to driving it myself at some point in the future when I finally get there. You say the worst stream of your life, but for us viewers it was hugely entertaining. To be fair to yourself, you were trying difficult jobs with trucks really not built for the task. Great stuff Nate.
I stumbled upon this and thoroughly enjoyed it haha. I think however about the trailer discussion; it was never about the weight of the stepdeck but the position of the center of mass with cargo on it. I would argue the gooseneck would also be a good option because it's just 4 slots, even lower and the stepdeck might be too long and wide. I don't know if it would catch on rocks though. Funny though to see the fleetstar battle this haha.
Oh man.. you happened to stumble on my worst stream ever. So I think the Gooseneck would be too low and then when you hit rocks it will jar it around. This video was the same mission ruclips.net/video/7robWKEs_aU/видео.htmlsi=hPT8-iWKJJfVfvYc
The best way to move the 4 slate block is using the kenny with the oil field bed. You can put 3 on that and drive them to the airport. The I used another truck like the tatra force for the last one.
yeah the point about gaining skill in this game and its frustration level with new players is definitely a thing. I have put this title down several times because of flipping. I am among the players who got modded vehicles and now can enjoy the game and actually get through content. There comes a point where I dont want to be frustrated and would rather enjoy the game and get through it... I dont care if someone is "better", I just want to finish the content rather than uninstalling :)
Great stream, Again! Always good to watch your vidoes, i was wondering if you can make videos of Hard mode but in the firsts seasons, it would be nice to have your advices for whom are starting Hard mode, or is it too much after the thousands of hours you played!
Thank you! So it would be quite extensive for me to completely start hardmode over again just to document early game. However, I do have a video on how to be successful on hardmode. Those principles I used for quite some time until money wasn’t an issue. I can link that video if you’d like
@@NProvince i actualy saw those videos anf i took many advices from you, and i never found videos of SR like yours thats why it would be nice to see you play the first regions in hard mode, and i've been following you for a while now, and of course its very tiring for you i can only imagine, and thank you for what you doinn.
Sooooo why do you hate the Mastodon? Besides the standard issues with super heavies and the concerns with an OP DLC truck. I love the way it sounds and looks. I mean… it’s pretty much an ICBM/IRBM truck.
I loved it in MR tbh. I think I dislike the Mastodon and FEMM because it just feeds into braindead gameplay thats been taking over SR for over a Year and a half.
Hard mode is not that hard really but takes so long to complete after i finish this playtrough i stick with normal to its more relaxing,i watch guy who didnt like voron grad its to flipy😂i was think he was jokeing
I made a new + game as its basically normal mode but I like keeping damage for the trucks so I just turned the garage repair/refuel to off or however it works in hard mode.
Makes stat video showing the most stable trailers vs least stable. Brings most unstable trailer in the game to a freaking quarry. Gets surprised that he tips many times 😂.
I Don’t believe I made a video on most stable trailers. I think you got me confused with another creator. The trailer used is not the most unstable as well. And yes I wanted a good challenge and it was fun and different. I coulda used S tier stable trucks to complete this, but where is the fun in that?
@@NProvince ruclips.net/video/dnmFLgnS6-o/видео.html I've been binge watching your videos lmao. THis is from a whole year ago so it's understandable that you don't remember. You clearly went over the stability and trade offs of using each of said trailers. The side board uses truck stability more so than itself to keep stuff in the bed. it's why you were tipping over so much in the quarry.
So I never said this trailer was the tippiest in that video. I said they can influence you balance as you can influence it being that they are one entity due to the trailer attachment. The sideboard, yes holds onto cargo because of the sideboard, but Id still rather have that than a flat bed. Especially over a wide flat bed. Also I did say in the pros for saddle trailers that they have better balance than a hitch trailer setup This video shows that balance of semis ruclips.net/video/-MxwDgmoy-8/видео.htmlsi=jD1Sxdak868yoX4A Just because I said it CAN influence your balance doesn’t mean it’s tippy, it’s a matter of using angles and balancing terrain the truck and trailer are hitting at different moments. With any trailer the 45% angle applied to cause the cargo to unpack is enough to flip 90% of trucks over with or without a flatbed/sideboard. Stop by the stream if you’d like a further explanation

They are crazy heavy Rob! This episode was just not the best for me, but it was fun

It’s oddly difficult with a certain line of trucks right?! Maybe I should’ve played this whole episode more seriously, but still it was very fun.

Yea that would be one of the easiest ways for sure. I’m trying to stay away from super heavies to feel more of the difficulty
Great stream as always. It was fun catching it live!
Thank you! Definitely the most lost cargo/ tips I’ve ever had on or off stream in a single session lol

Thats understandable

Thank you! Will do!
The flip counter… it exploded.
Prettyyy much

Ya HardMode isn’t really hard. Just more steps
are you playing ng+? and what settings if so?
No new game plus. No hardmode (anymore) I’ve done 12 seasons of Hardmode prior to season 13 releasing
