This is a monster band who just keeps getting better. Love how you find the singers that are perfect for the covers. Not easy!!!! Daniel Lopresto.....wow....wish he was in Nashville!!!! His pitch is incredible. Love all of you....this drummer though.....wow!!!!

Please give it up for Steve Todd on percussion! Watch this back a few times and really listen. All that syncopated rhythm that gives the song its “pop”... that’s my man Steve working back there... I see you! Much credit to the mix for bringing that out!

Steve Winwood , would be so Delighted to hear one of Hits being performed with a talented band like HSSC. Daniel is a great Talent , but i would also give credit to Pina for her High Pitch Voice at 4:27. I hope she is given a chance for Lead Vocals in the future Songs.

Not everyone knows that Steve Winwood did Gimme Some Lovin back in the day. Danny rocks this more recent song of his. As usual, HSCC, you took a pop hit and made it your own while being faithful to the original ! Great job !

Having followed you now for nearly a year, what is perhaps the most amazing is that every Thursday evening (in the US) you release these videos. Not every other, not one Thursday a month, but every single Thursday like clockwork. Each video is a spot-on cover of the original work. All different genres. Many, many different playing styles, when you consider the original artists involved. Each week you cover it perfectly, and many weeks you add just a little something that I’m sure the original artist would have added, had they thought of it. Finally and most importantly, the discipline, skill and determination you all show each week to turn out these productions is incredible. No matter what level of musician one is, that is a grueling production schedule performing with perfection songs that are not easy to cover, by any means. Your entire organization really should take a bow; it’s just incredibly amazing what you do week after week.
What a beautiful post Mike. If people had any idea how much work Darren and I put into The HSCC to bring it to our fans and RUclips every week they’d be shocked. From myself, Darren and all the players,singers and video crew thank you very much.

Being a big Steve Winwood fan, I wouldn't enthuse about a cover unless it was exceptional. Danny Lopresto has a great voice in his own right, and the musicians are top notch. Would be phenomenal to see the band live - so much talent and only showcasing the best!

When I was stationed in England, Stevie Winwood was the lead singer for the Spencer Davis Group. He was so popular with the soul brothers and they couldn't get over how so much soul came out of a skinny white English dude. When Stevie broke away and started his own group his fame soared skyward. Danny Lopresto reminds me of those incredible years in England when Top of the Pops was hot...incredible and versatile voice!

A year ago, HSCC gave me hope during the dark time of COVID. Now, no doubt there is a higher hope and return to normal to the States, especially in Florida and Texas.!

Boy this band has a wide range in turns of songs that they chose to cover. Love the lead singer on this and other songs. He enjoys the music and singing and invites you to come on in and join him. Love it.
Excellent!!! wow @4:26 ... so guys while in the Winwood mood ya cant stop there, how about Steve's interpretation of the ultra amazing Family Stone classic Family Affair, which is just down your street, its warmer than the original with a more mellow groove and with a super added chorus towards the end

Went to see Tom Petty years ago with friends and had no idea who was opening. We walked in and this was playing… Steve Winwood! I about lost it! Wish we would have gotten there earlier to see his whole set. Great rendition!
