Your video is very helpful, please make more video about daily life conversation like this, thank you❤
This is genuinely helpful. I've never had any trouble with my side of the conversation, but polite coffee shop staff's formal Japanese often trips me up. Now I understand a lot better.
I didn’t understand anything in the beginning and with this explanation it was perfectly clear. This is very good for Input. Please leave the subtitles optional :)
Can you do “Ordering at a Ramen restaurant in Japanese”? When I studied abroad for one semester I still felt intimidated going alone 😂
Thank you so much for this! As someone who is addicted to coffee and about to go to Japan in a week’s time this is so helpful! I hope to see more of these everyday situation dialogues and please can you also make more of those verbs conjugation video? The first one is extremely helpful. I have problem remembering new verbs and the masu and te form so listening to that video on repeat every morning really help me 🥰🥰
Thank you so much for these videos
Very, very good. Extra points for first giving the challenge to say it yourself and then following with the correct example. It's quite engaging 🥳
thanks for this video, it's really helpful! i especially like that you have different scenarios to try out at the end
When you don't want sugar or milk you can also say "どっちもないお願いします" when asked. 5:53
伝わるけど不自然な日本語だと思う。あえてこの表現を使うなら「(どっちも)なしで大丈夫です」とかかな?
「お願いします」は何かを頼む表現、「大丈夫です」は断る表現なので、どちらも不要な時に「お願いします」と言うと相手を混乱させてしまうかも。
As a side note from ChatGPT:
どっちでもない (docchi demo nai) is used to exclude both options or state that neither is relevant, while どっちもない (docchi mo nai) is used to state that neither option is present or available.
This is great. The role play part is especially helpful. I often find that I know a phrase in my head, but actually saying it at the right time is more difficult. The role play makes me think faster!
Thank you! I love your videos and cute illustrations. I will be in Japan soon and looking forward to using some of the words and phrases I've learned. ありがとございますせんせい!
非常に便利なビデオ。先生、ありがとうございました
ありがとうございます😊
i love these kinds of situational conversation videos about everyday things in japan! it is very helpful!! thank you
動画ありがとうございます! 随分勉強になりました!
This was fantastic practice. Thank you so much!
Thank you so much, this is very helpful! Please do more of this type of lesson 😊 like buying from a convenience store or ramen shop ❤
it's also helpful in studying to use the Japanese language option in google doc for dictation of short conversations. It really helps me. I'm always shocked at how much Japanese I can write!
I loved the roleplaying quiz at the end!
Please more like this. Your videos are so helpful
このようなロールプレイは本当に役に立つ、ありがとう!
great job
ありがとうございます😊❤
ありがとうございます 💗☺️
Thank you this helpful and super cute! ❤
I really enjoyed your video of daily conversation. Can you also make video in shopping situations such as in continent store, supermarket and department stores? Thank you I’m so much! ❤
This is so useful! Thank you!
ありがとうございました!!
Bedankt
Thank you so much for your support! ありがとうございます!
Love from Nepal 🇳🇵❤️
I am starting to move into conversational Japanese, and I found your videos to be awesome - thank you. I do have a question, though (related to this very video). Whilst in Japan, when I order a coffee (or other food), I use ください (kudasai) rather than お願いします (Onegaishimasu). My (limited) understanding is ください is used when asking for a 'thing' or 'item' and お願いします is used when asking for a 'service' or 'action'. Please 先生, is ください too informal or inappropriate in this circumstance? Or do I need to go back to Japan and proudly explain "ごめんなさい. 僕はバカ外国人です" 🙇♀🙇♀
ありがとうございます田中さん❤
Thank you for your amazing work ❤️ I am still learning. Could you add romaji subtitles to the screen? Thank you so much 😊
I realized I was ordering backwards when I went to Japan recently. Instead of コーヒーひとつでお願いします, I used ひとつコーヒーとミルクお願いします🙇
ありがとう田中さん、
Waww thank youuu soo much
thanks tanaka

Hello, how do you write when the cashier answered in this stamp 5:16 to 5:16. Thank you, i had a hard time knowing the japanese word itself and translation. Thank you
Vielen Dank❤😊
So very useful ❤ But what happens if you would like an alternative milk ? Are you able to ask for that ?
I've heard that I should be careful with the negation いえ, but I guess it's ok in 4:07 because the answer is polite with お願いします.
Very useful, but how would you phrase if ordering two coffees but one has sugar + milk and the other just milk? Could it be "hitotsu miruku dake onegaishimasu"? Thank you.
Do you have pdf sensei?

I really enjoy your video it really help with my pronunciation but i really miss your podcast with those background music.I like to walk while listening to japanese. I have watched all your podcast about 4 times. If it's possible can you do a series where you talk about just anythin with those background music which you used in your old podcast.
おねがいします。
ありがとうm(_ _)m。私も基本的な日本語はたいてい出来るけど、レストランで日本語が少し分かります。
This is so useful! Thank you!😍

Tanaka-san... I just memorized all hiragana, but... what do I do now?
a mais fuidda pa noiz 3
This video isn’t very realistic… who’s selling coffee for $3usd? Maybe a bottle of water? Jk. Man I miss Japan :(
