Great video! Comment for the algorithm… There are couple things that helped SIPOCs make more sense to me when I was learning about them. The first one you covered which is the order of POC then I then S (in other places I’ve not seen that explicitly stated). The other thing I found helpful was to think of Inputs as the goods/services transformed by the Process into Outputs. The other things that are needed such as a knife to cut the lemons, a bowl to collect the juice, and a spoon to stir are all Enablers. They are required for the process but are not changed by the process. That distinction helped me focus on identifying the Inputs for the SIPOC. Hopefully that helps someone who is starting their journey with SIPOCs. Great content, love the way you explain things. 😊👍
