I visited a friend in Seattle years ago, for 3 days. It rained and was so Grey, the entire time. I was so down , so I completely understand. Beautiful garden. I just dead headed my geraniums and they are just beautiful. Making that one plant straight with bamboo sticks, was a great idea. It does look better! Enjoy the sun! 😎

I live in Melbourne Australia our weather is much like yours. It is the middle of winter and it is so cold. I am so depressed and suicidal. My dad just died and my mother in law died last week and my mother has been in hospital with dementia and my husband wants to leave me with nothing. I don't know what to do I am 58 and handicapped and homeless. But you keep me going through the bad times cause I watch you every day and night and you make me feel better and laugh cause I love you nisha and I love Louie so much. So sorry for the wining but I have no family and friends. I was so happy to see you come up on my phone to watch you. I really like those gauze tops; I call the gauze as back in the 70's they came out with the hippyish style and I bought a few while visiting California and that was what they were calling that crinkly cotton material back then. I really love the long sleeve one and will see if I can get it from the website you mentioned. Our weather has been so hot and humid that it's been a bit too much to enjoy it outside. I get headaches in this humid weather, so I limit my time outside. I like the dry 80-degree summer weather best. I know last year in England the first 5 days in the Yorkshire area, it rained 3 out of 5, overcast one other day and the sun for the final day. So, I can imagine how you feel when there's no sun. Your garden is so pretty. Enjoy the rest of your week and hopefully more sunnier days to come.
Hi Nisha. I was born and bred in the West Country which I love. However, when I finished my studies in London, I was given the opportunity to move to Greece, not knowing for how long it would be. To be honest, the British weather affected me really badly and the cold, endless drizzle and grey skies and just longing for a few days of sunshine gave me bouts of depression. Anyway, I’ve now been living in Greece for over 40 years and have never regretted it. I am very lucky as I still have family and friends in the U.K. and I still love to go and stay there. We are currently having our second heatwave since June with temperatures up in the high 30’s- I just wish we could send you some of our gorgeous sun. I’ll try !!💖🌸🌞🌞

Today it is clear skies, very windy but lovely. I am on the coast just north of L.A. in California.
Where I live in Canada it has been very rainy and exceptionally humid. Last week we it was 38 with the humidex. Even though it was sunny it was so so hot that I couldn’t stand to be outside for any length of time. Seems we just can’t win and get a warm sunny summer that is t stiflingly hot!

I've been doing the same with my fake tan too but using the dove mouse grandual tan in medium/dark and usually with no colour guide im quite impressed with this make and ive tried many over the years . I was thinking same with weather whats point in buying all these nice clothes to sit in wardrobe .x

I agree that the sun certainly does help us with our mood and emotions. Also regarding Max, I understand how you worry about him. My ‘kids’ are 40 and 43 and I worry about them all the time. They’re both travelling at the moment and I panicked when I heard that they were both going to visit different countries!🤦♀️. So you are not alone about worrying about your son. Nisha I am the same as you when it comes to the weather and my mood 😅I live in San Diego and the weather is almost always sunny and beautiful all year but if it rains or is cloudy for a couple of days then I become depressed and I always think of people that live in cloudy weather all the time and wonder how they do it all the time. It was a top temp of 18 degrees here today in Qld Australia and we are half way through Winter and I am loving it. We swelter here for 9 months of the year. Dreading Spring and Summer already.

Oh gosh, the sun most certainly is life! We are currently in the middle of winter in South Africa and I’m sat outside in the sun 🌞. It’s warming and wonderful and just makes one feel different.
To be honest, when the sun came out in England, it still wasn’t great as it would be muggy and not terribly bright (if you ever visit here you’ll understand what I mean), so guess it was the African sun I missed the most.

Hi Nisha! Hi Nisha! Seasonal changes affect me a lot....especially autumn! Since my major depression, rainy days affect my mood a lot! I'm unable to be productive. We've had a lot of rain but also sunshine and the humidity has been very high. So much so that most people stayed indoors with air conditioning. Humidity levels between 40 and 45 degrees Celsius were felt in many places. I hope one day your friend's book will be available on Amazon Canada because I'd love to read it! Have a great week! xxx

Omg Nisha, I totally get you with the worrying about your son😮. I have 2 sons a bit older than Max and worry about them when they go abroad or even on a UK flight….always thinking the worse😢. They both went to Germany for over a week for the football….supporting Scotland, so was always gonna end in tears lol, but they still had a great time ! 😂. The joys of being a mum I guess. Oh Nina, For someone discouraged by the weather you look beautiful. I need your help for my poor orchid that is dying, all the flowers are falling off and the leaves are shriveled. I feed plant food and a tiny bit of water every week. I love your videos. I will definitely look up the book, thank you for suggesting.
I do exactly the same with my orchid and I don't know enough about them to solve any problems but you could search RUclips there is lots of channels just about how to look after orchids x

Your plants will lean if they are following the sun. Just rotate the pot and they should straighten up (obviously heavy rain can cause this also).

SAD= seasonal affective disorder. the weather does affect us! the garden is lovely, you were so clever staking the plants with bamboo. when you get a chance will you show what to pair with the large voluminous peasant style blouses like that sheer one you got at h&m? ❤❤

Used to use the Dove all the time and have now switched to Palmers Cocoa Butter version which I love no streaks and less biscuit smell lol

Hi Nisha, I love your garden - it looks lovely and would be such a nice spot to relax. I love the tip about using a gradual tanning moisturizer. That is what I use all the time now - super easy and it does a pretty good job. I will have to give the Dove brand a try. Your hair looks much thicker, with root boost. I use Chi Volume booster, it works, and smells great. Sunshine, is Gods greatest blessing, I get down when it doesnt shine. Here in Iowa we have had alot of sun it has been hot but that is okay with me😊 You look Lovely as always.
Hi Nisha. You have some lovely geraniums in your garden. Do you know you can save them for next year when they finish flowering. Check u tube videos showing how its done. I have done it for the last few years by waiting for some autumn dry days and taking them from containers and removing soil and dead leaves. When they are bone dry place them in large brown paper bags and store them in a dark place like the attic until spring. When you open the bags they will look dead but dont give up on them. You can pot them up water and feed them and when frost has gone put them outside and they will spring back to life. I would love you to try it and see how you get on. Good luck x

I'm like you Nisha where I think of worse case scenario. My brother drove to visit me the other day. He lives 200 miles away. I had so much anxiety worrying about him on the highway. All did go well and we had a nice visit.
Meanwhile, here in Las Vegas it’s so hot you can’t go out. 🥵 Last night at 10 pm it was 108. 😂 I use a Verilux Happy Light to help with my mood, and have been for years, except for now I use it in the summer, vs. the winter when I was living in Chicago. Love your hair curled Nisha. 💞. What do you use to get it to stay ? My hair doesn’t hold a curl well at all. I used to use Paul Mitchell Root Lifter years ago, and thinking of trying it again, or maybe the MorroccanOil one you used. Your garden is beautiful ! 🌸🌺💐

Nisha, you've become a slender doll, you've lost weight compared to last year. I've lost weight, I've become younger, I've become fresher. There was a moment when you were very sad about Max moving to a separate apartment, but now you have become more calm, and Max visits, thank God. I'm happy for you and your family. We also have some rains, but next week it's hot again, very sharp changes. Ххх
Nisha, you need to emigrate to Australia, we have winter in June, July, Augusta...it rains and is bloody cold... (unless you live in Queensland or Northern Territory, they are tropics and still warm) the autumn/spring season is nice and summer is Hot Hot Hot and sunny, with daylight from 6am to 9pm!! Dec, Jan, Feb are our 3 summer months, if you need a break, take a winter break here in Dec (do a hot summer Christmas in Oz!😂) you'll love it.

Oh the weather needs to have a word with itself. Thursday and Friday here in Somerset was glorious, yesterday it rained nearly all day, today is grey, windy but dry. Call yourself July, I don't think so 🙄😂😂.

Does the Dove tanning lotion have a smell? I bought the Palmers natural bronze body lotion one the other week but it has a really strong tanning lotion smell and it's put me off, I just rubbed a bit on my arms to try it out and the smell wouldn't go away. I bought it because I thought it would have the coconut smell but not at all.

This summer weather is so poor here in Scotland - we have had a couple of nice days but nothing consistent. Thankfully I do take a Vit D tablet every day, otherwise I don't think i could cope lol 😆 😅 Have u ever tried those tanning tablets ? Seen them popping up on my feed but don't know anyone who has used them to get an honest review. Would be interested if they did work. Glad ur feeling a bit brighter and yes, sunshine makes such a difference to how we feel overall. Take good care. Much love ♡♡♡
I wouldn't take tanning tablets, I haven't looked into them but I am not keen xx

No, it's for the body. I use face tanning sprays for my face, I have talked about my fave tans in one of my vlogs a couple of weeks ago x
Well actually we in the Mediterranean suffer also from SAD (Seasonal Adjustment Disorder) thankfully hot weather comes calling with a vengeance in June onwards ❤

Sorry Nisha that your whether makes you down. and blue. We broke the hottest i whether record, in June now 24 days in July we hit 110 degrees, and if we go 29 days, we will break the standing hottest month in recorded set in 1940. It's awful really I never felt heat like this😢 in my lifetime.I mentioned being newly diagnosed with right breast cancer and the took me off my Premarin 0.625 mg, and I am experiencing side eff😂ects from the pil that the Oncologist put me on Letrozole as it eats estrogen and my kind of cancer feeds on Estrogen.
