Well, i think you did wonderful job to make this 4 min enough to show this spectacular 300 hours show best parts :) and ye, there are lot of good ones, but you need to watch whole show to get to them. I've watched this three consecutive times in a row. This is so good. Just... A++ here. Like, obviously, it doesn't really say much about the story of Critical Role, but it definitely, absolutely, perfectly captures the feel of the show. You've got the highs, you've got the lows, the comedy and the drama. Just... so good.
The one thing I wish would have been added were the moments when Grog and others had touching moments where they said something along the lines of "this is my family now". Would have made me cry if I heard that lol.
Awwwwww.... YES! There's SO many moments that I wanted to keep in. I even considered lengthening the song. But this just leaves opportunity for more videos! I was going for the FUN aspect. I put in a little serious to show nonCritters that there is serious times. But I didn't expect so many nostalgic tears!

It's now about my 50th. This.. This is just such a powerful video, to me at least. Critical Role is what got me into playing DnD, into dming. And it's something that has become such a huge part of my life. It's so hard to explain to someone who's never seen the show. But when I watch this, all I can do is smile and I get the best feeling in the world. I don't know... Critical Role is a gift.
I was incredibly lucky in the timing that I watched this, in that I think I'm at the exact point where this leaves off. I got into Critical Role a few weeks ago, and seeing this video makes me incredibly happy. I think I'm going to like it here (and drag all my friends down with me. This just became my most powerful weapon)

I agree with both of you. It was a tough decision. Overlapping speaking with a soundtrack is difficult. I chose the song very carefully and wanted it to pump up the mood so I didn't want to dampen it. I chose carefully where to make sure the audio was not drowned. It's never perfect. But I figure Critters will already know what they're saying and non Critters will be more moved by the overall feeling and vibes.
This is so amazing. So many wonderful CR memories over the last year+ that you captured wonderfully! Well done! Can't wait to see the next one in a year ;-)
Maybe make a trailer for each arc? So like a video for the Briarwood arc, the Chroma Conclave arc we're in now, etc. That way you don't have to scrub through all 58 episodes. :)

Well, i wouldnt like to spoil people, but there was jazz hands, a crazy feywild adventure with very good RP moments, snowy mountains of frigid doom and uneasy alliance there, very good RP moment as well, packed with very tense moment back in whitestone, there is adventure to Spice City (you know what i mean) with AWESOMEEEEEE episodes following till now, with glass, guns and shadows ^^
Oh man, Gilmore... jazz hands.... I almost puked. And the everything about the Feywild was WONDERFUL. And Spice.... my god.... spice in itself is a video. LOL maybe a tribute to Scanlan and spice! LOL
I just find it really amusing how Taliesin's hair changes in every single frame. Just like BAM! Completely different hair, again and again.
And that's the true magic of D&D.....Taliesin's hair. And his ability to find the evil talking item in any given room xD
