Is there any way you guys could have a camera fixed on foot work? I think it would help determine whether to be flat footed or on the balls of your feet when doing low, body and or high kicks Ts as well. More importantly SWITCH STEP with all of the above.
Practice makes perfect! Also, make sure you work on your flexibility. Pentagon MMA has a great video on stretching: ruclips.net/video/KBYvnREPTdw/видео.html
