He looks like he has potential to be an Olympic and world medalist someday. If Javier Fernandez did it for Spain for the first time, I think Donovan can do it for Mexico too. Their style and energy is so similar.

Llegando a las olimpiadas desde un país donde en sí no se apoya a los atletas ni económicamente ni en infraestructura, mucho menos tenías las condiciones adecuadas por ser un deporte impopular porque no existen pistas adecuadas para practicar, es más, si no existieran esas plazas comerciales, seria aún más difícil el acceso a una pista de hielo...
Y luchaste y no te rendiste, has participado al lado de grandes figuras, y leyendas como Yuzuru, Hanyu, llegar al lado de ellos a estos juegos fue la recompensa a tus esfuerzos y que jamás dejaste de creer en ti, en México estamos tan orgullosos, esa alegría, esa pasión, eso se trae, no se aprende.

Я такую живую пластику наблюдала разве что у Юзуру, но этот юноша даже превзошел его в чем-то, пусть не по технике, но вот именно своей энергией, невероятно живой и красивой))
Bueno, en general la gente mexicana es así, carismática y enérgica, la mayoría son extrovertidos, es habitual sonreír mucho y muy seguido, también hay mucho contacto físico, y muchas bromas subidas de tono.

Just watched his performance for the first time. After seeing so much bad drama surrounding the ladies, it’s INCREDIBLY refreshing to see someone showing pure joy with their performance❣️
Just upon hearing the first notes of Black Magic Woman, I immediately fell in love with this program. He really dances the music will in rhythm, even with the jump timing. So great to see a figure skater with Latino representation and quality dance ability! Bravo! Viva latinoamerica!
