Highlights from our LIVE show today, we managed to catch the arrival of a super rare Boeing 747 at Manchester Airport.
Sadly we do not get scheduled 747s at Manchester, and in the last year we've only seen a handful in total, so to catch this today was amazing, along with some awesome spray shots due to the stunning British summer giving us a nice wet runway!

Great video, thanks for sharing. The Atlas Air 747s are beautiful, as are all 747s I suppose ! Imho, they should have a red tail with the word ‘Virgin’ written on it, and should be still taking me to the US regularly, but sadly no more. I’ll always have the memories though.

An Atlas Air 747 landed recently at the small airport at the small city where I live. It was bringing a college marching band back home. It was also the first time I could remember a 747 landing here!

The 747 came to take the Manchester City team to Tokyo for the first leg of their three-game pre-season tour to Japan and South Korea. Brilliant filming by the way guys! Really enjoy watching your content, love it👍❤

Charter for sports teams, so its probably a bit more higher spec out than us plebs used to get 😂😂
@@strodey123 depends which one it is, 2 are VIP and the other 5 pax ones are high density. Those are mostly chartered to the US military and the occasionally tour group/cruise line taking tourists to the ship from places like NYC etc. Quite often the VIP ones fly a lot of film cast and crews to location as well.

Beautiful planes and beautiful jobs on these landings and takeoffs. Manchester really has a first-class airport. I flew in and out of there back in March coming from the States, and it was a really pleasant experience, a lot better than what I went through at Heathrow! I'll be doing the same again in November. I'm looking forward to being back in Manchester again, and to the great people there. Thanks for the video.
This fight originated at BWI airport in Baltimore, Md. This I see this plane all the time waiting for passengers. Usually Military going to German mostly. Cheers!

Caught one of those 747s at LAX last month and had to get a video of it taking off. It was beautiful!
Where I live I can see the planes taking off / landing it’s rlly cool, not the exact moment but you can see them climb and stuff!! And where mt school is u see a lot of planes fly over!! Also the timeing for the A380 is the time I went to pick up my mate and I saw it so so low down!! Pretty cool

Manchester is a hell of a lot cheaper to fly out of than Heathrow with all its taxes.
Sure is but sadly nowhere near as many airlines fly out of Manchester now, just look at videos from 80s n 90s, it was super busy all kinds of aircraft and airlines, seems to be in decline just now.

Sorry Folks! That’s the Airbus Balluga , not the Atlas 747. The 747 has 4 engines and the hump is different
