Every year my company forces me to go through the DEI course. I'm sick of it.
It’s insulting
Every DEI presentation makes me 2% more racist.
Why do you put up with it?
Humiliation rituals.
American Maoism.
Thats what "woke" means. Its just hatred towards white people and straight people. And God forbid if you are a straight white man, you are the most hated and LEAST privlidged person in america.
DEI: Division, Exclusion, Intolerance
Definitely Elite Interjection
Definitely Extremely Idiotic!!
Didn’t. Earn. It.
Discrimination, exclusion, inequality
And now the wokemob is demanding the movie to be pulled from theaters lol
Duh, the left is the party of censorship.
That means that it must be very good.
Alternatively they could just decide not to attend, like a normal person, but that's not good enough. They want to decide what's best for others.
@@freebee8221 😂😆🤣😅😆😂🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡

DEI - Discrimination Exclusion Indoctrination

"I used to be white..." wtf?
back before it became beneficial to be brown she was white.
it's very simple.
I still don’t know what she meant by that
I think she thinks white and racist are synonyms
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
What is DEI?
She literally pulled a "You can't sit with us!" 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
WOW that is LITERALLY the only sane thing she said and that is what bothered you. Telling your caterer you do not want them to join in with the meal is not racist or wierd..........it is common sense. LET ME GUESS........You USED to be woke?????????????????????????? I can tell cause your morals are still out of wack!!!!!!!!!!!
"On Fridays we wear pink."
TroyPatrick-zz6ho I always thought the go-to checkbox was a masculine-presenting transgendered lesbian
LOL Right?! Get out of here white male. 😂
And she was silencing the black woman who wanted him to join. 😂
It was much funnier than I expected. The way he trolled everyone and kept pushing the boundaries was hilarious.
Matt Walsh has very good comedy. Watch his Bacon Video.
Buzt this political stuff is a downer.
He did some important stuff, but he goes way overboard on many occasions.
I’ll look it up. Agreed that he pushed the boundaries a little too far at times.
@@Boblovesmovies The entire rainbow stuff got so radical, like sex change for minors. Matt might be one of the first who made the woke Nazi stuff undeniable, because every dissent with the left was labeled racism. He showed the world the "racism" and who the person are that hatemonger like Nazis against the right.
He is one of the reasons of the right wing surge in the entire western world.
I think ppl underestimate how significant this is.

No more than Borat pushed things.
"That moment" was awesome. She never ever thought she would personally be responsible for paying reparations - she expected 'society' to pay. The expression on her face was priceless
$30 is nothing. If she had to pay her share of what the reparationists are claiming is due to black people, it would be more like $30,000.
I laughed my butt off when that DEI "expert" on twitter had said she knew something was wrong the second she walked in. Yet she didn't give back the 15 grand and walk away. It's almost like she will do anything for money.
Who does she think society is?
I wish they could have gotten a better view, because it sure looked to me like she was counting out OTHER cash in her purse before giving the little bit she had in her hand.
Well, it's so silly. Like, how do you pay someone $30 for a lifetime of 'oppression ' 😂 so ridiculous
I quit a 25 year career partly over this. I thought one value Americans have in common is equal standards and treatment in employment and public life. Turns out the answer is NO.
It's a cultural psychosis. Origin unknown. Cure unknown. But it does open the eyes as to how the big atrocities of history have occurred. In pain sight, with everyone hating it, and everyone also participating.

THe craziest part is that nobody recognizes him. I mean all he did was wear a wig with a man bun, switch out his glasses and put on different clothes. He didn't even change his very distinctive voice.
Almost like Superman
That's not actually a surprise. They all know that they hate him for being omniphobic in every single word he ever says and thing he does because they have been told so. They never actually watch one bit of what he does. Same reason people know that every word Donald Trump says is a lie, and when asked for one specific lie they can only answer "everything". They don't watch or listen.
Yeah, and here we though Superman was ridiculous for using that disguise...
He does have a distinctive voice, but it likely sounds different enough in real life (as opposed to hearing it through computer speakers/etc) that it's not as easy to pick up on unless you're constantly asking yourself "could this person be Matt Walsh"?
Yea but this is the last time. I'll bet the well is dry now.
Saw it today. My favorite part was actually him talking to the "normal" Americans, cause they were all so kind and GENUINELY inclusive, it was heartwarming after so much of the garbage from the DEI crowd.
That kid who roasted him was hilarious

Hey the movie is going international by the way, it is now showing at Cineplex in Canada ❤
Yup, saw it in mission bc this evening.
ok, lol. canada is "international". meanwhile the rest of us are waiting....

Reminds me of how when white people move into a town, it's gentrification, when white people leave, it's white flight. There's no winning😅
When European move to America it’s colonization. When non Europeans migrate to America or Europe it’s immigration.

Because the issue isn't where you exist, it's the fact that you exist at all. The UK papers whining that the countryside is "horribly white" is a good example of that.

Everyone of them is overweight while in mid pig out. But, they're "starving."

That’s what you got out of this?
While that really has nothing to do with the film, it does make me think of something. These people really don’t have much actual love in their lives, so they grift adoration out of people
Starving for racial justice?😂 I guess a hunger strike is out. 🐷
When Michael Moore famously trolled Charlton Heston at the end of Bowling for Columbine, sure, it upset some conservatives, but none of them demanded that they pull the film from the theaters as far as I can remember.
Only the ‘tolerant’ left would respond in this way, like what is happening with this movie. 😂😂
The left is now the old right
Getting the "antiracist educator" to admit that there is no path to not being racist in her ideology was my favorite part. The reparations thing was funny but you could get most woke people to do that pretty easily. Getting them to acknowledge that their ideology is intentionally a Kobayashi Maru is much more rare.
“I used to be a white woman.” I wanted to hear more about this.
Not to be a spoiler on the movie, but if you want more of that you'll have to either pay the fee to feed those two women or buy the book. But if you'll accept some "mansplaining" I've gathered from inference that she (and another person in the movie) believes if her skin tone had been darker then white people would openly attack her simply for being in an area..
@@stevekirkpatrick1612 I’m not sure I understand her reasoning, but thanks for attempting the impossible.
It’s important to bear in mind how much money people like the Race to Dinner women, as well as Robin DiAngelo, charge for their ‘services’. It’s all five-figure sums, and not necessarily low ones.

I don’t really understand why DEi is a thing. I know growing up in the 90’s … I experienced the discrimination of “affirmative action.” I was the minority in my community (I was the only native English speaker in my senior Civics class) … yet when it came to apply to college or scholarships, I didn’t qualify or was pushed to the near bottom of the list because I was white. Then in the late 2010s I was required to take a diversity class for my job. It was ridiculous. The thing that is so frustrating is I grew up in very diverse communities and racism wasn’t an issue … and I was generally the minority in these friend groups. I feel like this stuff has created racism.
DEI is a thing because Obama made it a federal thing during his administration.
DEI is an funnel for leadership and management classes. It's not so much about race as that everyone is "on the same page" ideologically
@@oceania2385 so conform or be destroyed, is that it?
Yeah most white people growing up in the 90s has experienced what racism and discrimination really means. Even with a 4.0 and tons of extracurriculars, it's impossible to get into college or have a single cent of it paid for. But if you are a "minority", you get in for free and you pay nothing. All based on skin color. What the heck does racism even mean if not exactly that?
@@jeffreysmith236 Not destroyed, just not needed in leadership circles. There's always room for the non conforming in the janitorial staff.
I like the mom of the two little girls getting $50,000 to talk about how a mascot didn’t acknowledge her girls. It was so painful but ,apparently that pain had a price $50,000 to be exact
DEI only applies to the West. Ever heard of DEI in China, India, middle-east or majority of Africa?!
The thing China does is giving extra credits for minorities entering university, etc.
It's spreading in Japan.
yeah the problem is moderates and liberals who arent paying attention conflate equity with equality, they are different but people not paying attention don't usually know the difference.
Everyone in the theater was laughing throughout. The toast to being racist, reparations, and when he took out the whips for self flagellation for being racist …. Matt Walsh is a genius!😂
I’m a liberal and I’m going to see it Monday. Liberal doesn’t have to be crazy.
The movie might change your opinion on that statement.....
By just going to a movie tells me you are in charge of you own life, you are asking what does that mean, is it reasonable, logical?
No.
It was hilarious. I hope you like it!
well [classic] liberalism is a very reasonable world view. the problem is (most) people who call themselves liberals, in the modern era, don't reflect the values of classic liberalism whatsoever.
Matt's producers paid the participants and simply told them that they were making a documentary, which was the truth.
Nah. These freaks would NEVER agree to that, child mind.

I saw it yesterday and it was awesome! Aside from me and my friend, there were only four other people, maybe because it was Sunday night. I tried to not laugh out loud because there were two black women some rows behind us and I wasn’t sure if they came to hate watch it and I didn’t want there to be tension in the ladies room afterwards. When that Robin DiAngelo part came up, I totally lost it, hysterically laughing to the point where my head was in my lap and my friend was shaking me trying to get me to shut up. The black women heard me laughing, then they started laughing at the scene. In the beginning of the movie they were agreeing with the DEI people and saying “hmmmm mmm” about systemic racism and then later I heard them agreeing with the white southerners at the Trump Bar talking about racism. I think the movie won them over.
Walsh paid for these events without the participants knowing. Brilliant strategy.
No, they knew it was for an anti racism documentary.
well, they thought they were participating in an anti-racism documentary. I don't see the lie.

Monetizing is just a by-product. The goal is two-fold: distract the general population from the more pressing and realistical issues, and create discord amongst the general population in order to divide the people. Nearly all of us are guilty of enhancing these goals. Don't drink the Kool-Aid! Every moment we spend debating the morality and importance of these "issues" is a moment we don't spend debating the reality of the corruption of those pulling the strings.

In my previous role in learning and development, I was required to deliver DEI training, despite my reservations. Often, these sessions were encouraged by white individuals who assumed that people from minority backgrounds (I'm mixed race) would automatically support their approach.
The training frequently contradicted itself. For example, while it emphasized that impact is more important than intent, it simultaneously encouraged individuals to engage in cross-cultural discussions without any unconscious bias. This contradiction created a paradox: you were urged to be "color brave" and address cultural issues, yet you felt constrained by the risk of offending others. Ironically, these 'well-intentioned' efforts often ended up undermining the very people they professed to aim to support.
I was required to be a “diversity trainer” too. Sometimes I would nearly choke on the words I had to say. And I saw how the people I had to teach resented that the material was implying they were racist or sexist or homophobic simply because they were white. Fortunately most of them knew that I knew it was all bullshit and we just had to do it to check an HR box.
