How true. I have had to take off my sweaters and switch to a t - shirt because it's too hot after all.... love the coziness of fall and here in Manitoba, Canada it is finally cooling off this week... yeah cozy blanket of the year is officially in progress. ❤

You actually looked good in some of the hats. The trick to wearing hats: act like you look good in a hat and you will (I am a hat wearer.). Recipe for an apple martini - equal parts DeKuyper Sour Apple and your favorite vodka; garnish with apple slice.

I was thinking an apple, or caramel flavored vodka, shaken with a real spiced apple cider. Maybe 2/3 ratio, flip which according to how strong you like it

A martini is gin or vodka, with ONE drop of vermouth. It can be stirred or shaken, depending on whether it’s the book or the movie. Calling ANYTHING ELSE a martini is akin to calling a pet a fur baby, or a state union a marriage. God’s not in it, and you’re going to H E double hockey sticks in a Longaberger. Not that there’s anything wrong with that…

Next time, wash/soak in vinegar and then dry and cover in a coat of Vaseline. They will last till Halloween. I've also painted some with Mod Podge. They last so long as well

It's comical how accurate this is. I got started on fall two weeks ago even though we've been in the 90's. My porch and interior scream fall, I've done the fall yard clean up, drank the fall drinks, attempted a cozy shirt, played fall ambiance music and so far only one leaf on my tree has turned color. I live in the wrong state for sure!
It was a late fall for sure this year. It's 11/26th right now and I'm still waiting for the bulbs I ordered in August. Shipping problems. If winter is running late I will be happy!!
It actually IS finally fall in the Pacific Northwest. It decided that last week and now it is 50/60 with gorgeous fall colors and the occasional windstorm/thunder storm. My backyard is covered in apples (unfortunately our most prolific tree produces terrible apples...but VERY enthusiastically!), plums and pears. Today the sky is a brilliant blue, but it's chilly enough for a hoodie. Yes, my favorite season, and the PNW does it right

I love autumn. It's the season we harvest black walnuts in the Ozarks. It's also the season I start making homemade stews and chilis, pumpkin muffins, and hot breakfasts. 🍁🌾🍂🥧

We save that for winter. (Ozarks here too). Trees have not started to change yet.

So thankful I live in Minnesota where this morning's temperature was a lovely 51 degrees. Unless forced, I choose not to live in the South where fall is hot and spring is hot and summer is unbearable. Thankful for four distinct seasons. Fall is my favorite season and my sisters who moved to the South last year are experiencing their first southern fall. They don't like it. It's too hot!
I'm from South Carolina and moved to Minnesota 14 years ago. I miss Southern hospitality, but I LOVE the weather here!👻🎅

Today is the first day where it’s staying in the 70’s all day! I’m thinking I can finally go get my pumpkins for the front porch while wearing my fedora and comfy sweater! Then I see this video and and burst out laughing! How do these people nail my life every time?!?

Fall is my favorite season. I live where our seasons actually change and it's been cold here lately. The trees are starting to change colour and we get such beautiful red leaves mixed with the green pines and yellow leaves of the other trees.

Right there with ya, I don’t want to rush because the “calendar” or the stores tell me to ( sweaty sweaters and feet etc.)
Nature slowly reveals when the time will change into its next season - magical can hardly describe it, but it will have to suffice for there are no words 🤷♀️😊
I grew up in the Piney Woods of East Texas. Instead of beautiful fall leaves everywhere, we got pine needles. So many pine needles. And pollen. Cars, houses, tree trunks, everything coated in pollen. As a person with nasal allergies, Spring and Fall were both nightmares growing up. I live in Oklahoma now and I hardly ever have problems with my nasal allergies here, and get beautiful Fall seasons!

We don't have much of a change of seasons here, it just gets darker sooner🕡/sun rises later🕡, and a bit cooler nights. Unless you're in the mountain towns, where you might be cold❄️ enough to wear coats. 🧣🧤🧥
On the other hand, we spend fall in constant state of vigilant panic😳, as this is the peak of our hurricane season. 😬

Im a Michigander. I never go by the season rules or over decorate. if it's hot....put on shorts and a tank and wear them until you can't. If it's cold.... put some pants and a sweat shirt on.
I live in Michigan too. Ever notice how when it's 45 in October you're "freezing" and have to put on a sweat shirt and pull out the winter coat and put on a hat but as soon as it's 45 in April you're running around in shorts and a Tshirt?

I was just telling myself what a woosy Canadian I am, because I know that when the sun comes out in February, I may or may not be seen sunbathing with three feet of snow on the ground.....🤔

Oh I feel that! I love pumpkin, but not always pumpkin spice. And I forget this almost every year, and I buy a bunch of pumpkin spice stuff, expecting it to taste like pumpkin, and it's just cinnamon and nutmeg.

Fall is a favorite season of mine. Actually, winter AND fall are my favorites. I love the fall colors, the crispness in the air, the smell of wood smoke from the chimneys and yard burns, and yes, Pumpkin Spice EVERYTHING! I am not into Halloween though. I use apples to transition into fall from summer then on the first weekend of fall decorate the inside and outside of the house with all of the harvest colors.
Autumn in NYC is the best. It’s still too warm for my liking, but in a few weeks it’ll be jacket weather.
Just have to say...you looked adorable in each and every hat! Not everyone can rock a hat successfully :)

There are waaay too many green leaves on the trees where I live to cozy up to fall just yet. Plus, it is still hot! But since apple harvest has commenced, I guess we will do a "soft open" for fall and go ahead and make all the apple recipes. 😁
The problem is that you live somewhere that's hot, all year long!! In places where the seasons (and temperatures) actually change, fall is absolutely spectacular!! 🧡🧡😊
NC isn't hot all year long though, just horribly hot during summer. Summer streaks a bit from spring and fall, otherwise we get all the seasons.
I love fall!!! 🍁🍂. It's been chaotic weather for sure! it was nice out today, while the last coupe days have been a mixture of "it's fricken cold" and "now I'm sweating" .... The transition is weird this year. It's like fall can't really commit to coming out yet and summer is forced to stick around waiting for fall to make his appearance on stage with an awkward smile.
Fall photos remind me that I need to book our photographer for Christmas photos already.

Thank you for these videos! It is already cold and rainy autumn where I live, with only 42 degrees Fahrenheit in the morning. I put on way to many clothes to go outside, and it is still not enough. But now I'm thinking about your fall videos! Just to remind myself, that you can love fall, and that there is a lot of beauty in this season😁🍁
Must admit I'm not an autumn girl. Except for the fact that I can open the door and let the fresh air in rather than yelling "SHUT THE DOOR YOU'RE LETTING THE COLD OUT". I love summer so so so much - and I also love air conditioning so so much.

Fall & Winter are my favorite seasons.
I was born in January in the middle of a blizzard.
This is the only explanation I have as to why I love winter more than summer.

I agree - I love fall too. I was born in October, so I think that is why I am a fall gal. I love the Autumn leaves and the crisp fresh air - the smell of the season is great.

I live in Michigan and we actually have fall weather, today is the first day of fall, and it is 55 and rainy. We have cider mills and pumpkin patches and when we go the weather is truly fall weather. I LOVE it.
Not ashamed at all to say fall is my absolute favorite time. Sweatshirts & jeans, wood fires, pumpkin everything, leaves changing here in PA, my horses & goats start getting their fluffy fur coats, no more sweating & the best holiday- Halloween.
Yes, I love pumpkin stuff! Not pumpkin spiced stuff, but stuff with real pumpkin in it like pumpkin chocolate chip cookies, pumpkin bread, pumpkin pancakes...etc. Also, with those apples, you can make apple pie filling in your slow cooker then use it on pancakes or ice cream. Freeze whatever you don't use right away. You can also make cider in your slow cooker. So much good food in the fall.
I live in the PNW and autumn traditions do not involve swamp bra. I'll add that to my gratitude list today. 🍂

It was 41* when I got up this morning! So cold! Our apple tree has gone CRAZY and we have hundreds of pounds of apples! Homemade applesauce and pies/crisps like every day! I'm not the biggest fan of pumpkin, though.
When I lived in New Orleans I wore my Christmas sweater in December - It was 85 degrees outside. I was determined....and sweaty. Happy fall from the south! Wear those sweaters girls!!!

Fall is my favorite too. However, in AZ we get about 5 min of fall. Sometimes in January or Feb. I grew up in Michigan and miss fall.

First day of fall in Minnesota and it is in the 60s. The best part of living in the upper Midwest is fall, and the leaves are starting to change too!

Having done all of my schooling along I-24, with temperatures rising, fall in September is just not really a thing. Come up to Michigan though where it will be (finally) in the mid-60s.

In TN, i feel every fall, an action star steps out on the first day of it, and says "welcome to fall, both seconds of it!" Also applies to spring. It goes, hot enough to melt metal, to comfortable for about 2 weeks, then either back to hot, or, so cold ice, has ice.
Fall IS my favorite season, but we're not quite there yet.... it's gotta be Oct. and highs in the 60s maybe. And here in TX - well we get Fall the first week of December 🤣. But really, October is my favorite month because you get to decorate with beautiful colors and pumpkins and all, and the stress of the holidays hasn't quite hit you yet.🧡❤🧡❤
