They don't sleep rough, I've worked and owned a business on Summer Lane for 10 years. They all sleep round the corner in a massive homeless shelter, they also get fed breakfast and dinner there. These boys shoplift, break into cars and so on, it's all for drugs, not food. They don't want the help that is readily there for them.
A heroin addict had never heard of crack? I do find that hard to believe. I hope someone in his family sees him and comes to get him and try get him home. But if I’m honest I think he is holding back the real reason he is not in Nottingham anymore. Shame to see but you can’t help him unless he wants to help himself first 💯

I think the methadone system is flawed. They keep bumping up the dose each time you give a dirty test. Before you know it, you’re on 100ml and if that get’s stopped for some reason. It takes a lot of money to cover that dose with drugs. Never mind the habit on top of the meds.
They don't bump the dose up after a negative test, they will only do that if they ask but its not just increased just lk that,is it fk...120ml is a lot of methadone for anyone,no one needs 120ml..80/90 absolute max..saying that though, being homeless,it will knock em out if they take it all in one go but it's a huge dose that..massive really,I've bn involved for 29 yrs n the most I know is 90ml being prescribed to a lad I know,he doesn't weigh 7 stone aswel
