      Yessir that's one of the older Comet IV cabcars, now typically just used as another Comet coach

    Lots of historical locos on that train. Sad that Maine Eastern got shafted by CMQ on the DOT contract.

    The old GP9 is ex LMS a transport div. of the bangor and Aroostook railway.

    The two Maine eastern trains are located on Eden lane in cedar knolls by the build, they been sitting there for a long time

      Yessir the 2 FL9's and the Geep are all on that siding by the Transload facility in Cedar Knolls. The 489 and 100 have been there for quite awhile, since they were brought onto the property I think, and the 488 was used on a couple of the Whippany-based excursion trains out to Roseland.

    Its not new they owned Maine Eastern and they lost the state contract for the line to central maine and qeubec railway.
