However, for students like me who are learning virtually from masters like you, it will be helpful if you can give us an idea of how the notes sound on different scale flutes - eg. I have a beginner level C# flute and always feel that the difference in Ma and Pa sounds is a lot. However, if I try to control with my breath I end up playing Pa if lower octave. I believe a set of reference video/videos where you just play the sargam Pa (low oct) to Pa (high octave) for various scale flutes will help a lot. Thanks in advance.

Hi Nirbhay, your videos are great, I have a question, I bought a C medium from Punam flutes, I feel it's great, but family say it's very sharp and loud and not sweet and mellow like we expect the bamboo flute. Is it because I am a beginner or because of scale of flute or the brand? will a G scale flute be sweeter?
Wo is wajah se ho raha hai because aap beginner ho...or beginning level pe ham jo funk marte hai wo jor se marte hai to usme sweetness nahi hoti....C scale is good for u....bas practice karo.... Breath ko control kro ..SA note ko pakd ke use kam pressure se hawa marke dekho or fir jada pressure se marke dekho difference aapko samjh aayega...waise hi sare note ko aapko samjh na hai....kise kitna pressure lag raha hai, usse fir aap aage jake flute me sweetness la sakoge....thank u

Jo ham half hole band karte hai or ma bajate hai wo komal nahi hota wo suddha ma hota hai..or jaise aapne bola sare hole opne karenge puri tarah se wo tivr bajega wo correct hai...aap chahe to iss practice me Suddha ma ke baad tivr ma bajake Pa pe ja sakte hai...agar tivra ma ki hi practice karni hai to raag yaman ki practice kare....
