From what I know, oni might have the most flashy combos in street fighter 4! But unfortunately also low damage I think
Oni has ridiculous damage. The only reason you feel like he has low dmg is because people chain lights a lot in combos and confirms. If you remove lights and continue those combos with medium and heavy buttons, he would do massive dmg.
