I was hoping the app had a "search isle number" option in case some day I actually needed to be in the store. What's described on the app can now be done at home on the PC for delivery right to your door step. Delivery fee is about $2 a week with Kroger boost account.
No matter what I do I can not I can't get my account to come up so I can clip digital coupons and I use to tap keep me on I am personal device and it was great but. nothing works that I try . It also says not correct E-mail and other times it says not correct password, it's a mess! You have tried to help me before but nothing works, so discussed ! I shopp at Kroger I wish they just make it easier to get these deals
I’m so sorry to hear that. Did you try going to customer service? Maybe they can help or can put you in touch with someone who can. I miss the days where we could use scissors and clip coupons!! :)

Good question. I’m not sure. I would ask customer service. However, I would guess that your coupons from Kroger are affiliated with your Kroger card. If they are an outside source, when the Kroger person comes to your car, they ask if you have any coupons, etc to scan. It’s just like shopping in the store in that way. When you purchase, they put a hold on your account for the estimated funds.. When you pick up your groceries, it closes out when they come to your door.. Sort of like hotels or some gas stations. Hope that helps. I think you’ll find that you end up saving money because you’re not in the store. :)
Your account is affiliated with your Kroger card. It automatically uses your coupons and loads the points. You put all of your information in when you set up your Kroger Pickup. If you’re doing Kroger digital coupons and using their app, you’re pretty much set up and ready to go. I will say, if you have any questions, the customer service desk can show you. They’re good people at my local Kroger. :)
I clicked on this video because i needed more in-depth look at how the search and bar code scanner worked. I didn't even get past the first two minuets of this low effort horrible video. The constant camera movements and auto adjustments to your focus made this video unwatchable. I would strongly recommend using screen recording software or at the very least using screen shots. the other major problem is you assume people don't know how to use a search bar. EVERYONE knows how to search for what they are looking for you dont need to provide examples on "ice cream"
BTW… Everyone doesn’t know. I geared this video for people 60+ because it was when people were quarantined trying to get groceries and my elderly mother’s friends didn’t understand. Do me a favor… NEVER watch one of my videos again. You are a child.

I just signed up for Boost a few weeks ago. I love it and so far the people who have gotten my groceries have really done a great job.

My Kroger doesn't have a phone number at the pickup site. It has a QR code and I don't have a smartphone!

To use that, you should either scan your rewards card or provide your alternate ID in cash register and it will automatically applies.
When you do Kroger Pickup, you stay in your card. They come to you. :)

Don't waste your time on this it is a joke. It's extremely difficult and does not work.
I use it every week. It’s super user friendly. You can go to customer service and get help.
