Kailasa Kona is a beautiful natural and godly place.
Kailasa Kona is situated 95 kms from Chennai approximately.
Route to kailasakona:
Chennai - Madhavaram by-pass - puzhal - Periyapalayam - Uthukottai - Nagalapuram - Kailasa Kona waterfalls.
After entering the Kailasa Kona arch, the waterfalls is in just 2kms distance.
Roads are good to reach the waterfalls.
Parking spaces are available.
Monkeys are little trouble makers.
Entrance fee per person is 5rs
Parking charge for bikes are 10rs,
cars are 20rs and vans are 50rs.
Timing: 5.30 am to 5.30 pm
Season: October to December.
There you go, we reached the waterfalls to enjoy.
Water flow will be good in this falls only in the rainy season.
Near the waterfalls there is a small temple for Kailasanadhar.
Dress changing room is available for ladies here.
Food and water will not be a problem in this place, shops are available here.
A small request, please don't take bath here using soap, shampoo, shiyakai and condaminate the water.
Don't throw your food wastes in these place, dispose them properly in the dustbin.
