Well, I live in CA. I want to learn how to do this work properly. A lot of people say different things. I want to learn the right way so then I can teach the right way.
Sure, but that will take a fair amount of work and rock to do it right and may not be the best for users such as horses or bikes. Still, that might work well in some situations.
