    I would love to see a tutorial on how to do a pistol squat - I really struggled with those! Thank you Caroline - you are the BEST trainer on RUclips, hands down.

      I’m not perfect yet but you can use a chair for support. There is a tutorial for pistol squats for beginners at RUclips -I hope this helps.

    This programme has really helped me focus on “progress not perfection”. I have struggled with body image issues for a long time and these videos really help me to focus more on being strong and healthy and not so much constantly checking the scale and the mirror. I feel stronger and more positive and I feel proud of myself with how far I’ve come even from day 1 of the epic programme to the finale! I still can’t do everything perfectly but I attempt everything and have made serious progress! Really looking forward to part 2! Thank you, Caroline!!!

    I’m knocking on the door of my 65th year. I’ve always liked working out with weights but never could find anyone credible enough to make me have confidence in or want to continue their program. That ended when I “met” you Caroline. You have inspired and motivated me more than any trainer or workout program out there. I cannot tell you enough how much I appreciate the time you took to put all your videos together - especially this Epic series. I am beyond thrilled that you are doing Part 2. Keep up the good work and know that you are appreciated tremendously by so many people. And I truly do appreciate this community also. I too have laughed and commiserated with so many of your comments and experiences. And might I also add that I’m tickled pink that I get to purchase EPIC merchandise. I always yelled “I’m ÉPIC!” at the end of each session - usually from flat on the floor so I feel this is a great reward for me. And Caroline, it wouldn’t break my heart if you’d list the sports bras you rock in your workouts. Super cute! See you all on January 3!

    A massive thank you Caroline, at the age of 70 I kept up with your program as much as i was able. My strength and fitness was very poor but it has improved greatly. I'm so looking forward to what you have in store for us but would GREATLY appreciate more knee friendly exercises please. ❤️❤️👍👍

    My best friend and I just did day 15 yesterday. She lives in BC Canada, and I live in Nevada, USA, so we work out together over FaceTime. Thank you for the motivation, fun, and always challenging workouts! Neither of us love working out, but we are enjoying the program so much that it’s often the highlight of our days. 😊

      agreed! i like shorter workouts (20-40 mins). i feel like i can push myself harder. in an hour long workout, i get unmotivated and just don’t give it my all

      I do agree. 50 minutes per session becomes long sometimes and being focus implies difficulties. I miss EMOM, cardio, and sessions as the 50th.
      Even though Iam really hooked on Caroline's Epic method.

    I rarely comment on RUclips but I wanted to say a sincere THANK YOU, Caroline.
    I have not yet finished the epic program (attacking day 36 tomorrow) but I am grateful for all the hard work you put in this program. It has pushed my limits and shown me routines that I would never dare to try on my own. Working out with you has become part of my daily routine (6 AM before work) and I can’t wait for the new challenges ahead.
    I look forward to completing the program and earning an “Epic finisher” hoodie. It’s great to have a way to show gratitude and give back for all the amazing content you provide for free!

    I’ve lost my grandpa last week and i felt terrible and I’ve stopped the program for a week... today I’ve come back to it and after I finished it I almost cried... thanks for being out there helping dozens of people... make them feel good and released...❤️❤️❤️

    Caroline you read my mind. I already started picking my favourite epics to create weekly workouts but of course I will follow your suggestion. I love the repetitive programs cause I feel I get better results as that particular muscle group is under intension for longer. More Complex style please. I love them even when I feel like I'm about to drop if I do one more rep and then I actually do it. Love you. Stay gorgeous and confident Caroline.

      Agreed. I was experiencing hip pain and it turns out it was caused by weak glutes. All better now after focusing on this area a little more, but I've been combing through Caroline's channel for glutes workouts.

      I do her short glutes workouts with bands when I want more burn after a workout and love them and yes will be nice if we get more of glutes and outer and inner thighs.

    As I go to bed quite early, I watched this video Monday morning. First I was so amazed of the 1000 + comments (still am), next I was so happy for you, Caroline, for 400 000 subscribers (still am), then I was so excited finally watching the video - you together with cute Winston (still am). Was excited to hear of new workouts in December (still am). And after the trailer at the end I was and of course still am nothing less than speechless.     My wife and I are well into the Epic program and love your workouts. She has knee issues and is strengthening them nicely with the lunges and squats. The exercises are easy to modify safely as well. We are both turning 60 next year and our goal has been to get in better shape and with your help we are well on the way. Your workouts are amazing and we have recommended them to all our friends. Thank-you very much!

    For anyone on the fence about starting Epic, here's my experience so far (with a cleaned up diet sparked by insulin resistance):
    1) I'm starting Week 3 tomorrow and I've dropped 4.2 lbs. so far since starting.
    2) I've always taken the easy route with pushups due to a childhood injury and decided to learn how to properly do a pushup going into this. Only 2 weeks in and I can go an entire workout without relying on my knees once!
    3) I feel happier with my muscle definition and reduced body fat since there's a consistent range of workouts throughout the week for different parts of the body
    4) She stretches with me at the end so I am less tempted to flop on the floor like a fish after a hard workout
    Ultimately, if you feel you have the ability to do it or even try, go for it. You got this!

      I'm going to replace Sundays hitt/tabata with kettlebells as I too love them....the great thing about epic is Caroline has done the whole programme which can be done with a mat and a pair of dumbbells which most people can access....

    Thank you Caroline. I found you in June and was instantly hooked on your style, energy & strength. I haven’t looked back.
    The Epic programme provided a great weekly format that I loved and I was excited to see how I would progress. I haven’t been disappointed. I feel and look stronger both mentally and physically. My children see me exercise, becoming fitter and stronger. I love that they see this as the daily norm.
    I am so excited with your future plans and to continue on this journey.
    For me, the technique sessions are very appealing. Although my core is strengthening, it still needs some work (diastasis recti and umbilical hernia). I am very keen to practice and maintain form or complete alternative exercises where required so any tips in that sense would be great.
    I would also like to see some short HIIT sessions to add on to Epic sessions.
    Thanks again for all that you continue to do 🙏 you are Epic 💪🏻💯

    Omg SO excited for Epic II!! Finished day 50 today. Felt really accomplished. Then thought “well now what?!!” Thank you Caroline for this wonderful program. I have always done at home programs mixed with running or other cardio. This definitely pushed me out of my comfort zone. I have said more times in the last 10 weeks “huh. Who knew I could do THAT?!” Thank you for your challenging variety of workouts. And thank you to this community of supportive positive folks!! I feel inspired by all the comments I could have written myself!
    Not much to look forward to in Michigan in January.... til now!! Bring on Epic II!!

    I've trained from 20 years. Working out has always helped me through hard times. 2020 is hard one, for sure! Caroline you've made this year 'one of my best.     Secondly: Some short and sweet workouts for December would be fantastic as we plan for a busy Christmas!
    Thirdly: an epic two?? Girl you’re on fire! I’ll have to start it late because I’ll be camping at that time, but it’ll be fun to see how people go 😆
    Fourthly: I’m not sure if I’ve said this before, but I began my fitness journey in January, and I’ve come so so far. I used to watch RUclipsrs focused more on beginner workouts, then as soon as I needed more of a challenge, you arrived!
    Fifthly: I just wanted to mention Winston again 😍😍😆

    I love the epic program and am still working through it! I was wondering if you could do some more standing abs workouts for December and maybe some ones to target that lower belly pooch that seems hard to get rid of!! Just some suggestions!!! I really love your workouts!! Thank you!!!! 🙏🏻

    I’ve been seriously into fitness for 4 years now but my nutrition is a complete mess. I love love ❤️ your epic program which includes every single muscle of your body to work. It teaches power, strength and agility. Thank you, Caroline for your awesome videos ❤️❤️❤️. I’d like to see your daily nutrition. I know most everything about how to eat to stay fit and gain lean muscles but I can’t get rid of sweet unhealthy food which messes up my progress

      I think she does mention in a Q&A that she doesn't track macros or do anything special with her diet. I have the same problem as you, nutrition holds me back! It's such a psychological thing. I could write out a perfectly balanced meal plan, but following it is a whole different story 😅

    Just completed Epic and Can. Not. Wait. to start Epic 2!! Wish I had found this earlier but so grateful I found it when I did. The progress I made was amazing and at 56 did not expect to see muscle changes like I did. Thank you for an amazing program. Looking forward to the next series! :-)

    I started the 10 week program with you and finished this morning. I am so proud of myself for sticking with it! I never really enjoyed lifting weights until I started this program. I'm so much stronger and I really enjoyed every day as painful as it was LOL. I can't wait to see what you have for us in December!

    My short story - I’m 60 years old and I enjoyed 2 years of CrossFit before lockdown. I have since then being exercising at home and was blessed to come across your program. It really feels like I’m in a gym class and you are so informative regarding correct movements. You’ve now also mentioned you will do some classes with ‘pull-ups’.     Caroline you are so charming, positive and realistic. I have thoroughly enjoyed all the epic workouts. I started with 4 kg dumbbells each and ended with 10kgs. I just can’t believe how strong i have gotten through out the 10 weeks. I lost 4 kgs, lost inches all over the body. I sleep better, my resting heart rate is close to 60 now. I can’t thank you enough. I actually fell in love with fitness. Not only aesthetically but also mentally, what it does for my overall health. Looking forward to what you have for us.
