Design a stylized Sci-Fi letter "R" in this free video tutorial. Custom font design is something many designers aren't familiar with, so let's get our hands dirty.
For those of you curious if you can use this font: NO! This logo is now owned by Retrora as of 9/28/2022. If you used this logo prior to this date, it is fine. But you can no longer legally use this logo. Sorry!

I use Photoshop waaaay more than Illustrator. In fact, I hardly ever use Illustrator. Hence, my question may sound rather nooby. When you were copying the lines and shapes, why didn't you use Control-V to paste the copied item? Why did you use Control-F?
Can you do this in photoshop cs6 or just illustrator. Some shapes i dont think i can make

My grid lines are showing above my image and it is very annoying. How do you keep the grid-lines in the back of the image?
Like when I create a shape, the grid lines cover the shape and makes it difficult to see.
