I like Aaron's unassuming nature and the insights he brings from his experience as a chef. As this is his first time, he may be a little self conscious, but I am sure he'll become a very good food reviewer. Great job, both Seth and Aaron!
Actually I quite like Erika, Joy, Gen and Gary as your host....they blend will with Seth with some humour twist. It makes it more interesting. Aaron is knowledgeable on his taste on food but very straight and bit serious leh ....maybe shy kot?! Anyway good episode!!
That beef noodle was very good back in the days. Went back to try few months ago, it was extremely bad compared to what I had remembered. Very small pieces of meat, bland flavors. Blanco is so much better compared to the current. Last time one, blanco can't even fight.
Are all the food video showing are organic dishes? Are they encourage to eat organic dishes ?
Base on the price of organic ingredient, the organic dishes are tasteless and no much sweetness. Should use approved industrial food chemical to enhance the flavor of organic dishes. Can make more things in the end.
That whole bedok 85 stall food is terrible... but how can you all go Kovan market and dont eat the chicken curry noodles from the 2 stalls with long queues at the front? YAM MEE is good though.
My favourite Wanton Mee stall “51 Ming Fa Wanton Egg Noodle”. I loves the dry Mee Pok. For HongKong Mee lover, should try 21 Seafood restaurant near forte kovan. The only restaurant which still serve the HongKong Mee with real fish and pork and not the fake Char Siew.
You should have ordered the soup beef kway teow instead of the dry version. You would've enjoyed it more. Anyways, the lunch time queue is already horrendous nowadays that they don't need any more promoting.

One of the worst beef noodles ever, tasteless anemic gravy and overly peppery soup, meat portions are stingy, avoid at all cause.
It seems most food blog, the stalls usually give larger portion when ordered the smallest version...that $5 beef noodle looks huge!
Food prices at Kovan Hawker centre are not cheap. The prices are above average.

i dont think much diff la if i do soup, although the soup is damn good - was the meat that was tough
