In a high theft area or alot of homeless they lock everything up and the carts will lock once you go to a certain point it locks most stores have it on the back wheels.

All of the Shopping Carts lock up if you roll the cart past a Yellow Painted Line, it prevents homeless ppl from taking the carts. Also, with all of your traveling you should take Emergen-C Everyday Immune Support. It keeps those nasty colds away!
