If yes, which one? 2) Can one substitute liquid milk with powdered milk? 3) Can one substitute butter with margarine? 4) If you don't have a microwave or an oven which other method can you use to raise your dough? Yes, if you use the yeast I used here or any active dry yeast, it will work well. Make sure the water you use for puff puff is just a little warm. Hot water will kill the yeast. Hope this helps, dear.
Please can you also do for sausage roll and soft chin chin?? I make snacks for business but i just haven't succeeded to get a proper soft chin chin. It came out hard the last time i did it. Even though i didn't put baking powder.

I think you can but it won't have the slightly crunchy exterior like the fried one.
