Respect for Lyallpur now Faislabad. Most of surrounding villages of the Jat Sikhs farmers were migrated from TarnTaran area of Amritsar District near 1895 to 1902. My grandfather missed Lyallpur every day till his last breath. I heard Ghanta ghr, kharkhana bazar, maee di jhugi, Narwala bangla etc. from my grandfather. Most people of the Lyallpur were migrated to Amritsar, Jalandhar, Hissar Sirsa Districts during partition

Some wrong information in this video that is corrected here. Qaisari Gate was constructed in 1897 as it mentioned on The Gate as well And Lyallpur's population was Muslim majority according to Indian census of 1941 Lyallpur had 66 percent Muslim population and 44 percent Hindu and Sikh Population.
"Faisalabad", "Lyelpur" or (udevelpoed rural baar area), Toba and Jhang were densely populated by ARAIN (100% Muslim, Arab descendent) since centuries. and still ARAIN hold prominent municipal positions. Yes there were some Hindu and Sikh families too but again ARAINS clutch more Area.
