Respect for Lyallpur now Faislabad. Most of surrounding villages of the Jat Sikhs farmers were migrated from TarnTaran area of Amritsar District near 1895 to 1902. My grandfather missed Lyallpur every day till his last breath. I heard Ghanta ghr, kharkhana bazar, maee di jhugi, Narwala bangla etc. from my grandfather. Most people of the Lyallpur were migrated to Amritsar, Jalandhar, Hissar Sirsa Districts during partition

Bro thing is I come from a family of muslim Amritsari jatts who came to Faisalabad in 1880 from Amritsar!! We had lots of jatt Sikhs but they left. Most Jatts here are Abadkars not refugees of 47 and had land in Amritsar and lyallpur till 47
