I have very little Cherokee in me but also being on the Autism spectrum I have always loved Native American flute music since I was a kid it calms me down. I had a tape from Knotts Berry Farm of Native American flute music I wore out the tape and got chewed up in a tape player.
For long time I've looked for a flute soundtrack such as this one. So glad I am for finally finding it. Being someone who has both Cherokee and Apache in her blood. One more so than the other with a grandmother being half Cherokee. Have always felt at peace listening to this type of music. I listen to this when my kids are taking a nap so I can be at peace and feel my ancestors. I have special places back home where I would go and just sit and listen to sounds of the woods surrounding me. This is the music that would be embedded into the sounds.

I have very little Cherokee in me but also being on the Autism spectrum I have always loved Native American flute music since I was a kid it calms me down. I had a tape from Knotts Berry Farm of Native American flute music I wore out the tape and got chewed up in a tape player.
For long time I've looked for a flute soundtrack such as this one. So glad I am for finally finding it. There are many flute soundtracks, all beautiful, but not what I had in mind - or rather, in heart - and it is a pleasure to listen to music that echoes something very deep in me. I'm enchanted by it. A very informative and easy book to follow and a definite keeper as a reference.Mr. Chopra wrote a clear, concise and easy for all to follow way to find peaceful and relaxing of the mind and soul through meditation.

Being someone who has both Cherokee and Apache in her blood. One more so than the other with a grandmother being half Cherokee. Have always felt at peace listening to this type of music. I listen to this when my kids are taking a nap so I can be at peace and feel my ancestors. I have special places back home where I would go and just sit and listen to sounds of the woods surrounding me. This is the music that would be embedded into the sounds.
