I am interested in how the naval units are handled. Is there a 1 ship per hex limit, or can you group ships into a task force represented by a single marker of some kind?
1 naval unit per hex. I have a war guide coming that'll show it off more.
How do you rate this compaired to other Strategic Command games, or other turn war based games. thank you.
This is my only strategic command game that I have played, but I have played a lot of war games and turn based strategy games. I think it is designed to be simple and approachable for newer players. It's not the most in-depth, but it's grand enough in scale that you can get a fun long-term campaign out of it.
