Wow bro ! I said to Mandy “ he love Jules has a new vid up, let’s send it to the big Tele” . It started great then there was “ slow down Jules “ you better not do that Michael” to “ OMG , this MTB stuff is too intense” and then you crashed . She turned to me and said “ you blokes are nuts” and walked away 😂😂.
I really enjoyed watching these trails so dusty and loose with some nice riding to throw in. Bad luck about the buster but looks like you walked away all good.
I bet you will be back there soon to nail that section. Class as usual mate 👊

But that’s part of the reason we do it…gets us out of our comfort zone and makes us feel alive… the crashing part sucks balls tho, but it’s all lessons, not failures! Yep I always go there with intentions of doing that corner and some doubles. When on my own it's hard to tackle the tricky stuff with no one to help with consequences.. 💪👍👌 I always leave a little annoyed with myself, but if I'm not limping it's a good day 😂

I am fine with doing that 2nd left hander on Westys on my T7 MTB, but it freaks me out on the eMTB because it goes nose heavy too much on low speed drops. I've had the same issues on a couple of other spots as well at low speed and nearly crashing where I just can't get that pop, like the drop on Pipeline after the wooden berm.
That would make sense, I’ve done it twice before on my old analogue, I think it’s the wheelbase of my eeb, plus I think I need to proper commit! I’ve done that drop on pipeline too….doesn’t feel great either.

That’s a tricky feature for sure. I did it once but it weren’t pretty. The fact you’re on an ebike with extra weight makes it harder. Next time!

Thats an awkward little drop on that berm. The cleared area outside the berm suggests plenty have done the same as you. Always tough getting back up to finish a run when you are clearly shook. I was looking forward to you tackling Blacking Out.... next vid? Nice work my man!
Cheers Carl, there quite possibly has been a few fly off the edge! Funnily enough, if I made that turn….blacking out was gonna be next lap. My next vid there will be blacking out for sure, I’ve not done that on the eebs yet!
