1 TBSP GINGER GARLIC PASTE
SALT TO TASTE
PUREE OF 2 TOMATOES
1 TBSP CORIANDER POWDER
½ TSP TURMERIC POWDER
2 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER
1 TSP GARAM MASALA POWDER
FRESH CORIANDER LEAVES
FOR MAKING KADI
4-5 GARLIC CLOVES
3 TBSP GRAM FLOUR
3 GREEN CHILLIES
1 CUP CURD
½ TSP TURMERIC POWDER
½ TSP CUMIN
200 ML COCONUT MILK

Thanks a lot Benazirji, your recipe is very tempting. But will there be a change to your recipe if mutton is used instead of chicken? Am asking this as I have had and enjoyed Khao Suey, over the years, with either beef or mutton and never chicken.
Misbah dear..even we made it with mutton always but nowadays people prefer chicken more for health purposes..but taste is better with mutton
