i really want to grab an sc5000m myself, im really sold on the standalone features, but i keep seeing problems with the platter popping up on denon's forums and reddit, how long have you owned your unit for and have you had any issues?

Google serato scratch sentence prob best one that has all the scratch samples to get you started. Otherwise look up Vincent beatz on RUclips he has some uploaded but you have to rip them
Hey man, I own one of these beasts, and can't figure out how to scratch on this, without the cue line on the platter, not lining up with the sample viewer on screen? Like, with my turntables, I've always got my needle as my marker, for when I wanna bring my sample back & forth during scratch practice. How do you set that up on this instrument my friend? I used them separately. 72 just like mixer and cm5000m with audio files on usb

It's easy - you can watch on your screen.
Did you screw the vinyl piece on? It has a little hex bolt on the side that needs to be tightened to be one with the spindle.

for me it was not comfortable, platter to heavy in easy position. And when I tried to do some scratches (lasers for example) - it was sloppy.

ty for the uload. I think the scratching is not as good as others out there. There is something lacking in yur scratching.
I assume this is his first time using it . He got busy on the 2 half I think.
