The name of the “girl” (that is just a speculation because they don’t say the gender on the wiki) is Licht and the guy is Killer (that is a alter-ego of Tatsh, the composer). Both of them appeared on Reunion and Xepher, and they were supposed to be part of an anime, that was canceled due to unknown reasons.
