Do not stop eating carbs until the last day. Carbs give you the energy for better workouts so you should be eating them and a day should give you enough time to get them out of your system
For those who forget ...carbs have roles other than just providing calories , it is prebiotic and promotes gut health, fibers prevent constipation, cholesterol turnover, prevent protein breakdown, it keeps our body cool too and has antioxidant properties too..but we take too much processed carbs nd simply blame it on carbs
If you get another photoshoot, you should do a high intensity workout... Fast results and your muscles would show off more. Still, nice physique bros...
