I needed this I got told I was bad at my job by a customer and I looked up this video specifically I needed Barbra and this pulled me through thank you 😊
I love Barbara I have a favourite teacher called Mr. Isaac who always helps and supports me and always there for me and seeing him always makes me feel a lot better and always there for me when I’m having a hard/difficult time
She is obviously from a different time where emotions were a sign of weakness. Somehow people have it in their minds that just because millennial are ok with being in touch with their emotions instead of bottling them up and having them come out another way negatively is a sign of weakness. But the contrary is actually true. Being vulnerable is a sign of strength not a weakness. The age range for "Millennials" makes a difference in this conversation as well.
“People have thrown dirt on my name, others have given flowers. It’s all a garden to me.” I think this quote changed my life ngl
My favorite quote from this show ❤
It definitely did mine
Sheryl Lee is honestly what was needed for Barbara.
I heard SLR say in an interview that she was kind of interested in playing Ava instead, and Quinta was like, “No, we need a QUEEN to play Barbara!”
@@brianwarner2171 That was an excellent call. Janelle is perfect as Ava, and in the right age group.
AGREED ❤
100%. She’s so awesome in this role. We’d all be lucky to have a peer in the workplace like Barbara.
"IT'S ALL A GARDEN TO ME!"
I'm so glad that Barbara is always there for Janine.
That immediate facial expression change and standing up when she sees Jeanine is what makes Barbara a great support
As a physician, what Barbara says brings a lot of peace,
This is how I felt when I had my first and only parent yell at me
Do you have a phone number for said parent? 😊 I am very mean. 😐
This is how I feel when anybody yells at me 😅😃🫠 matter of fact even if their voice is a bit higher than normal in tone that'll do it 😭
If they were the only parent to have yelled at you, then clearly they were in the wrong and you're doing something right :)
Literally a Work Mother, Son and Daughter interaction lmao.
I needed to hear this cause of kids acting out in my class
Stay patient.

Not the custodian rocking a Bad Brains shirt, look at him represent DC.
What does it mean though all a gardern to me ?
I believe it means Barbara takes the good with the bad; in the end, both elements come together to form something beautiful.
Can't have a garden without dirt. Flowers can't bloom without the dirt.
Good, bad, whatever…it’s a place where things can grow.
Weeping millennials is crazy
Millennials damn sure weep a lot.
