    I'm 20 and tbh I'm neither strong nor do I have a flexible body and I've been trying to workout to reduce body fat and to get into shape. I'm in university and the work is hectic due to which I get lower back pains every now and then. Today is day 3 of trying Natasha's exercise and tbh I see a slight difference and I'm very happy about it.

    Hello Natasha...thanks for this wonderful video..
    I have a question for the exercise at 9.32 minutes...when my legs go down, my back muscles are still touching the floor but tailbone comes up from the center underneath...what can be done? Thank you 😊

    I can't even get past the 2nd exercise and this is beginners? I'm getting muscle contract at the top of my thighs and rolling backwards. I just want to cry...
    Update...able to do the rest with better form. Any tips to help with 2nd exercise will be kindly received...namaste 🙏🏾

    Hai,
    we all are missing you and your class.
    At last finally you are pratyaksha in front of us.
    Every time one or two or whole part of your exercise lessons is new and helpful to me.
    In this, the last one is alternate to sit-ups and it is very easy and comfortable that everyone can do it . I am teaching to my mother to do sit-ups, now onwards will say to do like yours technique..

    I believe every exercise needs to supply oxygen to the muscles through breathing. You haven't explained the breathing techniques

    Hey Natasha Thank you for the video and as always you're doing a great job... But music on this video is too loud... Can't hear you properly... And especially when practicing it lying down with the video on one can't really lift his/her head much to see the tv/laptop/phone/tablet ... So the audio becomes all the more crucial but couldn't hear you much as the music was too loud... Ya I agree if I would have blasted the volume of the tv then probably would have been able to hear you better but the music would have gotten louder too so didn't wanted to disturb my folks as they're sleeping like normal people at 11 in the night while I am trying to strengthen my core... :-P all said and done...
