    You keep giving the guy his gun back, that's your problem.

  • @ItaLiaNKiinG94
    @ItaLiaNKiinG94 6 лет назад +29

    The people that believes this won't work
    1. The gunman did try to pull the trigger when he saw movement but was too late.
    2. Once you perfect this move, you become faster at it, in a adrenaline state you will be even faster.
    3. The attackers brain has to process what is happening in order to pull the trigger
    4. Most people will stop and think before pulling the trigger
    If you put these 4 things into perspective you'll understand why it works as well as it does.

    • @duffbeer989

      Thomas Frankowski you're an idiot if you think someone drawing a pistol has to think about pulling a trigger

      To say it's going to work as well as he shows it is stupid. To say it won't work at all isn't necessarily true either. I say luck will play a big part in this scenario.

    know your opponent the first rule of combat.
    nice moves, Denzel does that one in the equilizer simple move when practiced...just like grappling and lock joints. I train with the moves it can be hard to get me in a finger joint lock I am flexible from practice.

      Não é bem assim, meu colega de Krav Maga saiu de uma situação parecida com esta, mas estavam de pé, com um treino de 2 horas que tivemos. O importante nesta técnica é mais você entender o processo do que a prática em si. Se tiver capacidade de pensar em meio a pressão do momento, as chances são maiores para seu lado.

    Hey guys, thanks for the videos. I like them. One request: Can you perhaps give them more informative titles? It would make it more likely for me to click on it when I get the automated notification by email, that is, when I know what it will be about. Without that information I often end up deleting them, "ahh, not now". I can imagine for others it is the same story.

    The first move with the strike on the attackers wrist you demonstrated is much safer than the second, and heres why .
    Lets say that you managed to grab the barrel on time,the first thing is the attackers instict to pull the trigger(he stil has his index inside the trigger guard) he shoots and cuts/ burns your fingers he still has his gun and then you're history!

  • @jeffdownfield1455
    @jeffdownfield1455 7 лет назад +1

    seems like the gunman would pull the trigger the very instant the other guy flinched to make his move and POW no more face.

    If the attacker is cautious or trained, he would be holding the gun away from the defender. That's a split second more to cover and he could also move the gun further away from you as he shoots.

    Its like these people have no clue this a SPECIAL FORCES level martial art, these techniques are used effectively every day by the IDF Special Forces, IDF Security Service, USA CIA, USA FBI, US Navy Seals, hundreds if not thousands of law enforcement. Special forces DO NOT train in useless techniques, and if you think they do you have one hell of a lot to learn.

      It may not be so far fetched, you see this in movies, so gangs see it and think it's cool and do it in real life, (or , maybe it's put in the movies because they see it done in real life?). It seems to me the easiest way to prevent that is to use the gun as it's designed: from a distance. :-)

    Why show videos teaching Krav Maga techniques without knowing what you are teaching?
    If you do this technique in a real situation, you risk death.
    Je trouve cela à la limite du criminel.
    The first thing to do when facing a firearm is to get out of the ball's path because a single movement can trigger finger pressure on the trigger.
    If true Krav maga interests you only one reliable school, KMG.
    I invite you to come and compare our techniques with real bullets.
