From watching his video he has Monk's Focus (Notice his meditations heal him) and he also has Two Handed Mastery (Notice the CD on his Greatsword). So his build includes 0/0/30/20/0. Not really sure what else he has but he is most likely running a tanky trait build with offensive/tanky armor and trinkets.
I'm interested in your choice of lyssa runes. Like the guys below guessing your build you obviously use zerk weapons and maybe zerk armor. I was curious why lyssa. The condi removal should be good with the meditation.
