- Keep that faith that everything is well and will be ok. In life, we have been conditioned to worry about things and lost our faith that the future will be alright. Trial and error have taught us that things don’t always work out, and many of us, have come to expect that things will fail. Therefore, we developed the idea that we must stress over things and that “worrying means caring”.
Oftentimes we form judgments too quickly. We may become frustrated with a potential outcome based on hints rather than facts. When we believe or expect something to fail, it is often because the puzzle pieces are still forming. Instead of seeing the full picture, we base our frustrations on small pieces of information that dictate our feelings, often resulting in anxiety.
As a matter of fact - things CAN work out for you without pressure or any forced action. If you learn to surrender to the Universe, have faith, and be at peace with what is, it can serve you so much better than focusing on the negative in life situations.
Developing the belief that all is well doesn’t mean you become oblivious to things. On the contrary, this mindset will take away the pressure and put you in relief mode, enabling you to take inspired actions that stem from ease rather than fear or stress.

I've been listening to this before but today the message strongly resonates with me. I worry about a friend who ghosted me. I am not mad, I try not to be anxious, I just hope that whatever he is going through right now, it will get better eventually. I also hope he is safe, out of harm, not in trouble, and not sick. Maybe one day I will hear from him again and learn that he is fine but just going through some tough times. Thank you, this will help calm me down and trust that everything will be ok, for everyone.

I have been dealing with grief and anxiety, wife of 18 yrs asked for divorce! I didn’t want it but said if that’s what you want and you won’t work it out, I want nothing g for you but to be happy! 😂 broke my heart! Then 6 mnths later my mom passed!😂 that broke my heart too! So go the last almost 2yrs I’ve had grief and anxiety! Worrying about my future at 62! I have brought god deeply back into my life and he is healing me! Regarding Binaural Beats..... I contracted a virus in my left ear that has the inner ear too full of fluid. As a result I have about 15% hearing in that ear due to the excess fluid that doctors say can't be alleviated. Am I correct that because of this I cannot benefit from Binaural Beats?
