Arthur is slightly bigger than Morrigan and he puffs his chest out more than her. Arthur is more confident too. When they're together it's easy for me to tell them apart. When I see Arthur on his own I know it's him straight away. But I still sometimes get confused about Morrigan when she's alone, and have even thought she was a big crow until she made a noise.
