Trains in South Florida March 2024 Feat Amtrak ALC42’s Debut On Silver Service And New FEC Scheme!

From Friday, 3/8 to Tuesday, 3/12, I was down in South Florida for part of my March Break so like usual, I was able to go trackside a few times. This was an interesting visit however as Amtrak and FEC had some new appearances for the area as on Amtrak, the Siemens ALC42 had just started running on Silver service trains in Florida a few weeks prior and FEC also had a new paint scheme from Ferromex so I was able to see some of both along with some catches. Certainly a great visit and a nice change of scenery, I always enjoy the Florida trips.
